Retro New England Cottage - walk to the beach!

This is a private and peaceful beach retreat close to all the action. The one-bedroom cottage is the oldest in the neighborhood and full of retro charm. The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. Don't worry about beach parking—the driveway is big enough to park two cars. Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities. Grab a post-swim ice cream in the summer, or drive to the beach and watch the waves roll in during the winter.

You will have a separate entrance to the suite and your private full bathroom and living room area. It’s a cute studio designed for two! Feel free to use our desk and deck with direct waterfront access and enjoy the beautiful sunsets with Boston skyline. We have added FireTV from Amazon! FYI there is some road noise. And it’s an attached 2nd unit.

Windsong-Beautiful Oceanfront Master Bedroom Suite

Emily and I had a great time at Kate’s WindSong suite. We arrived around 6:30 in the evening and were greeted by Kate and River. She showed us around and everything was just as listed, very beautiful and comfortable. The views every morning were incredible! We ate at Jake’s Seafood the first night and Shipwrecked before getting on the ferry(excellent breakfast and kind and attentive staff). The island was very easy to navigate. The ferry was the best way to travel into downtown Boston and get to Quincy market, all the restaurants and the museums. We came back to the tranquil sea and ocean views every evening. We would definitely stay with Kate again!

Probably the nicest host I’ve ever met! Airbnb was smooth to get in and out and it was really close to where I needed to be for the conference I was attending! If I ever come back to Boston I would definitely try and come back here!
