The basic idea of the first mk | hotel in 2009 was: as a Lindner Group subsidiary, we wanted to make high-quality rooms available to our employees who are on the road for construction projects all the time, while avoiding temporary vacancies of the properties. The name of our hotels refers to our roots, the first hotel in Mariakirchen, Lower Bavaria. Here we have been operating in the historic ambience of a moated castle since 2003 the Schlossbräu Mariakirchen, a house brewery with beer garden and since 2007 the Schlossparkhotel Mariakirchen. The concept of mk | hotels opened up. In the following years, we opened in Frankfurt, Eschborn, Berlin, London, Stuttgart, Remscheid, Vrsi Croatia, Rüsselsheim and another mk | hotel in Munich. All hotels are run by great, young colleagues who are passionate about hosting, loving their home, and providing honest, straightforward service to you.
