This room is one of the 12 rooms on 5th floor of the Nidaan Building. It has all the modern amenities including Smart TV with Dish TV Connection, AC, Free Wi-fi, Blackout Curtains, Mineral water at check-in & others. Although, its washroom is just outside the room but for it's exclusive use i.e. No one else will use this washroom other than room's occupant.

Building is located near Circular Road which is the city centre of Ranchi. In the Building, wherein our property is located, there is Eastern India's One of the Best Gym, Spa and Salon - Spartan which is present on the 2nd Floor of the same Building. Moreover, Mahindra Showroom is also present in the Building. In case of any medical emergency, closest hospital is less than 500 meters away. Getting out of the Building, Guests can visit Nucleus Mall (500 metres away) - Ranchi's Best Mall consisting of all Major Brands, Food Joints, Club and PVR Multiplex. For Jogging Lovers, Morabadi Area is nearby with Open Grounds offering Fresh Air in the Morning.

Guest access
Entire Listed Place can be used by the visiting Guests if the whole place is booked i.e. Room Numbers 1 to 13 of the 5th Floor Guesthouse.
IF booked separately, Guests will be restricted to use their room, bathroom and common amenities like Kitchen and Drawing Room in addition to a balcony. Also, the ins and outs would have to be reported to the caretaker of the property in order to facilitate safety of Guests' luggage and to enable access to the main door of the property.

I love the feeling of helping people have comfortable and safe stay in the beautiful city of Ranchi. I love Ranchi to bits and when you come here, I bet you will too.

I have a penchant for good food and when bored of home, I dash out to eat some, which ranges from panipuri to eating cheesecakes in fancy lounges/restaurants to Bhola's World Famous Litti Chokha (I mean it! Seriously!). If you feel like enjoying the delicacies of Ranchi and do not know where to go, don't hesitate to contact me.
