The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere-not even the beach. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

Our beautiful lake-front beach house is on the best part of Lake LBJ- the quiet Llano River arm of LBJ. It’s constant level so water levels are always great. We love bringing our own family here, & have the house outfitted with everything you need for your own lake vacation! Enjoy stunning views of Packsaddle Mountain, perfect sunsets, boat dock w/tie ups, clear water, and a huge, private sand beach. The property sleeps 17 people in beds and is the perfect getaway.

Sandy Beach Condo on constant-level Lake LBJ

This central Texas, hidden gem is the perfect spot for an affordable family getaway or romantic weekend. Due to the recent floods the Lake is closed for swimming and boating. We avoided flooding and our beach and amenities are fine...pools etc are open, we just want everyone to stay safe, we will advise you'll when LCRA says it is safe to swim in the Lake again.

This condo is our family's 'Happy Place.'. You will find the amenities excellent. Our condo is decorated light and airy. The appliances, beds, and furniture are all less then 5 years old. The prior remodel was 9 yrs ago, and the unit remains in great shape and is kept immaculately clean at all times.
