We have a private, self-contained Ground Floor Unit under our home in the quiet, leafy suburb of Mundingburra in Townsville, North Queensland. The Unit is on the ground floor of our home with a shared secure entrance, a heated pool with a deck and on-site parking We are a short walk to nearby Sheriff Park and river walkways. The Unit is a 15 min drive to most places in Townsville with bus services available nearby. We have free NBN Wifi. We are pet friendly with a small charge per stay.

New fully equipped 2 bedroom house only a block away from Nelly Bay beach on tropical Magnetic Island. It can be rented as a 1 bedroom (2nd beroom will be locked if booked for 2 pax) or 2 bedroom house depending on your needs. There is a queen size bed in both bedrooms. Great central location, less than a minute walk to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, clinic, playground, public BBQ on the beach front and bottle shop. Couple minutes to cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, bakery and bank.

Geoffrey Bay, Arcadia Hotel, cafes, newsagent and specialty shops are also only a few minutes walk.

A queen size bed with attached en suite. Not suitable for infants and children. A brief walk ,160 steps, to great cafes, restaurants, beach, and bush walks. Surrounded by native bush and wildlife you get to experience the real Maggie just 1.5km from the ferry terminal and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. Fully air conditioned or enjoy the fresh air and wildlife sounds by utilizing the ceiling fans throughout. Share our large private pool with gorgeous tropical surrounds. Off street parking is available.
