Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. 10 minutes walk to the store and bathing place. 5 minutes walk to the bus. The home has a good, family-friendly layout over a flat and is a modern home with balanced ventilation and air-to-air heat pump. Living room and kitchen are located in open solution with integrated appliances, fireplace and plenty of space for dining table. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower corner, as well as a practical laundry area behind sliding doors. The home also has a nice entrance and 3 great bedrooms

Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid. Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for a home office. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located by itself on the lower level, towards the water. The road has a toll booth at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. You don't need a fishing license.

Cabin at Bjørndalsvatn. The address is Bjørndalen 12 in Evje municipality. Cozy cabin with electricity and water. The cabin is very sunny in quiet nice surroundings. The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming facilities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Rural, and super central to Evje city center. Child friendly with play hut, swing set, trampoline, ball bouncer. Large lawn for play. Hot tub and swimming pool (May-September) Several seats outside and dining area right by the river edge. Several sup boards available and good swimming spots. Several spaces with fire pits available. Evje city center is 350 meters away. You are sheltered and feel the space is rural and for yourself.
