Great house with garden just a short walk away from the city, in the mountains. The hosts are lovely and attentive from before check-in, offering very useful information, to the end. They take care to resolve any small issues that may arise and to renovate and complete the details of the house. We had a fantastic few days

A good house also for a longer stay. From the village you can reach Cordoba in 20 minutes; Seville, Granada, etc. are about the same distance (just under 2 hours). The house is cozy, especially for a larger group, several lounges. The pool was cleaned and refilled daily and Enrique was very kind and ready for individual requests more towels, delayed departure).

Simply put, we spent a few days in the paradise. The accommodation is an ideal place in the middle of nature to disconnect, but very close to the City. Totally recommended. Gregorio a super host.

We were a family of three generations with 4 children, 8 and under. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time. The large, spectacular pool was ideal for adults and children and the small shallow area allowed the youngest children to play safely. The veranda provided welcome shade for breakfast and lunch and a magical setting to dine, overlooking the illuminated pool and garden on balmy evenings. The house was spacious and well equipped, including a large barbecue in the garden, and the air-conditioning was effective. Ana was welcoming and responded quickly to any requests. Temperatures reached the high 30s most days, but we avoided the mid afternoon heat and took full advantage of the warm evenings. Castro del Rio is very different from the coastal tourist hotspots but has several restaurants, a couple of supermarkets and a picturesque centre around the castle. Cordoba and large supermarkets are a short drive away. We would love to return!

A charming house, spacious facilities, and a large swimming pool for spending a few days relaxing as a family. We have had a great time and hope to do it again.

This is a beautiful little house at the centre of a traditional white village. It is situated on a tiny square with a tiny hermitage opposite within walking distance of several great value bars and restaurants as well as a couple of small supermarkets. It is well located for walking etc in the nearby natural parks or trips to Cordoba and Seville (don't miss the hidden gem that is Castille de Almodovar del Rio - the real life Highgarden from Game of Thrones!). The house itself is spotlessly clean, well equipped with a lovely courtyard garden and a great rooftop space for sunbathing or relaxing in the evening. And of course the jacuzzi spa is fabulous. The way it is set out (two pairs of double bedrooms separated by the living area) would make it comfortable for two families to share if they wanted. Though there is no dedicated parking, there are several spaces in the square and if these are full (2 out of 6 nights for us) there is a large free car park at the top of the hill just 2 minutes walk away, which is hardly used. The only slight problem (We liked this!) Is that you will probably be just about the only non Spanish in the village. Be prepared to use Google translate on menus etc, and to be a focus of intense interest to the village kids! Overall, extremely highly recommended for a relaxing retreat away from it all!

We spent a wonderful couple of months staying in Isa's beautiful house. It felt like home with lots of thoughtful touches. The view from the patio is incredible, looking out over the beautiful town and the lake. Iznajar is a great place to stay, so friendly and lots of cultural events going on. We loved it there. So much so we bought a house nearby! Isa is very kind and helpful. She really is a very attentive host and goes the extra mile to look after you. Muchas gracias y hasta luego!!

My family and I had the best time. Beautiful home with stunning views. Very spacious and comfortable. Totally would recommend to any family or friends.

An idyllic place to disconnect from everyday life and enjoy nature!

Our stay in this house has been absolutely perfect for a group end of the year. We were five couples with children and we were all more than comfortable thanks to the spaciousness and design of the house. Each family was able to enjoy their privacy as most of the rooms had their own bathroom, which made a big difference. The house is spotless and very well equipped. The beds were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good rest for all. In addition, the two fireplaces created a cozy and warm atmosphere, perfect for winter nights. The outdoor space is another strong point: spacious, safe and perfect for children to play freely while adults enjoyed the tranquility of the environment. All in all, this house offers comfort, functionality, and warmth. We recommend 100% for large groups looking for a nice and carefree stay. We hope to be back again soon!

We were very comfortable. It's a very cozy house to spend a few days with your people and enjoy the pool and a good barbecue or paella. We would definitely repeat!

Paco was kind and attentive from the very first moment, making sure we were comfortable. Communication was prompt and clear. The house was clean, well-equipped. We'll probably repeat it again.

We had a great time at Patricia’s place. Lots of privacy without neighbours, surrounded by olive trees. Very clean, very well equipped. Patricia communicated well and gave us a warm welcome. She also prepared a huge breakfast selection - thanks again!

A beautiful place and lots of ground to walk around, there are animals like horses, sheep and a couple of fawns, a small swamp with a couple of ducks, frogs so the kids have really enjoyed it. The house is very well conditioned, with everything you need, it has a double bedroom, two connected bedrooms and the one upstairs with 4 single beds with the drawback that it is open to the living room and with a steep staircase so it is not suitable for elderly people or for very young children. It has a swimming pool and the views from there are great and there is a lot of tranquility

Very nice accommodation, inconspicuous from the outside, but very well equipped, clean and spacious. We had a relaxing short vacation there. The apartment is easy to find, flexible check-in. Dani informs you about everything very well and very quickly. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The location is ideal for excursions to Seville or to the very nearby Italica. Santiponce itself also offers some nice bars, cafés and restaurants.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming and very understanding about our arrival time. They greeted us warmly and explained everything in detail. The place itself was even better than the photos - spacious both inside and out. Our dog had a blast running around outside with plenty of space to play. For stargazing, this spot is perfect - there's nothing around for kilometres, so it's the ideal place to disconnect while enjoying all the luxuries. We would definitely stay here again!

What can I say… a little piece of heaven! It was so gorgeous and just what we wanted! The area was beautiful! Met the donkey and horse every day.. collected eggs, squeezed oranges picked from the grove in the garden. House was very well equipped and we loved the outdoor kitchen! Lovely pool which was welcomed as it was 38 degrees! Botolome was so pleasant and helpful! Couldn’t do enough for us.. including booking a taxi back to the airport. A perfect stay! Rafael and his wife are very welcoming and smiling, always available if needed. This stay was beautiful! Better than in the photos, we expected it to be pretty but we were left speechless by the quiet accommodation and the beautiful view that was offered to us. no regrets about the place, no regrets about the price. Juan Antonio and Mercedes' country house has an excellent location. It is very well equipped and they left us some things that are appreciated such as coffee, milk, water, oil, salt. The village is very quiet and its people are very friendly. The hiking trails in the countryside are wonderful. The fireplace is a luxury. Very good communication.

We spent the weekend with friends and since before we arrived they were already giving us facilities and recommendations of how to get there and where to buy in the nearby villages. The house was impressive and was pristine with all kinds of kitchenware and equipped bathrooms. The experience was incredible, 100% recommended.

Francisco is a lovely person. We must congratulate people like him, who are committed to recovering heritage and making use of it. The farmhouse is beautiful and he is always attentive and helpful.

We had an amazing weekend at Villa Colorín. It's impressive how clean and well-kept the house is, considering how much space it has. It doesn't lack a single detail, all kinds of amenities and facilities to enjoy a lot as a family. Spaces for the little ones so they don't get bored for a second. Super comfortable beds and a very pleasant smell in all the rooms. Super attentive and helpful owners, making everything easy from the start. To say that they gave us the opportunity to enjoy the last day until we wanted, since they didn't have any subsequent reservation. We recommend it 100%.
