Located on a hill, it offers stunning vistas of the surrounding peaks and glacier. Ideal for nature lovers and those craving tranquility, the cabin is fully equipped, heated and offers fast Wifi. It's perfect base for exploring the area with whale watching, horse riding, hot tubs, a beer spa, fjords, trails and restaurants just a short drive away.

The inside of the house is bright, because of the big windows and light colors inside. The house is located a 20 minutes drive from both Akureyri and Dalvík - two larger cities. Hope you will enjoy our cottage house and its surroundings. Hjalteyri offers whale watching, coffee house/restaurant, art gallery and fishing at the harbor.

Farm stay with amazing opportunity for horse riding, 360 views of mountains, and hiking trails nearby. Access to guest house door is around the side of the house by the bushes, and around the corner. You are welcome to visit our paddock, pastures and stables to look at the horses and sheep; Feel free to give them hay/bread or just pet them. 1. Large bedroom with queen size bed + twin bed. 2. Hallfridarstadir Farmhouse Akureyri region

Hi. We have a vacation cottage for rent at a farm near Akureyri. Distance to Akureyri is 20min driving. The cottage is located on our farmland and we live in the farmhouse about 800m away up the hill. We do not farm livestock but there might be the occasional sheep grazing the fields. Guests are welcome to pick mushroom on the land and august is prime blueberry season and you can pick blueberries right outside the cottage.
