Here you will find 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a charming garden with several outdoor spaces. The area is quiet with little traffic, at the same time you have a short distance to popular restaurants and cafes. The house is also an excellent starting point for experiencing the city - with Bryggen, Ulriken and Fløyen within walking distance. Easy access by the city railway (about 5 min away) or parking in the street.

The apartment is the one in the middle, seen from the sea side. Exit from the living room to the jetty that is screened with hedges. Here you can sit and relax in the evening sun or fish from the jetty. Own barbecue. Boat with motor can be rented. Life jackets for adults are included, petrol is not. Own storage room where fishing gear etc. can be stored. Boat slipway under roof.
