Nearest town, Dixon (3 miles), Madisonville (20 miles, Henderson 21 miles), Evansville, IN (has a regional airport about 35 miles). Truly a relaxing getaway place.

The unit was immaculate, quiet, and well-stocked. Sharon had a nice basket of odds and ends in case you forgot something or wanted something to nosh on but didn't feel like going out or cooking. The unit was light and bright with positive energy and a comfortable bed. The central location made it easy to get anywhere I needed to go in just a few minutes. It was a wonderful oasis of peace in a difficult week.

The kitchen features modern appliances, including an oven and microwave, situated among white cabinetry and a decorative backsplash. Ambient lighting enhances the warm tones of the countertops and wooden flooring. Cookware is neatly organized on the wall, adding a stylish touch.

Rental looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and is located on a quiet street, close to town center. Excellent host communication! Would definitely stay here again!

The living area is furnished with a beige sofa and a dark blue armchair, complemented by wooden side tables with lamps. A television is mounted on the wall opposite the seating, and a view into the kitchen area reveals white cabinetry and appliances.

Mike is very friendly and a proactive, outstanding host! I stayed 13 weeks while completing a local contract. Mike checked in periodically to make sure my stay was satisfactory and kept the property in tip top shape. He worked around my schedule to make maintenance and processes more convenient for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better host! The apartments is very spacious, large bedroom and walk in closet, the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom had everything needed, all you need to pack is your toothbrush and clothes and you’re all set!

We had a wonderful stay here. Hosts were incredibly gracious and communicative, they even checked in on us a few times! Check-in was a breeze. The location was convenient, clean, and comfortable. It was fantastic having easy access to a full kitchen (that was fully stocked and had everything you needed). Will absolutely stay here next time I’m in town to visit family! Excellent experience, can’t say enough good things about it.

This place is absolutely stunning! Beautiful surroundings with quiet and peaceful nature around! The place is absolutely beautiful inside and outside, the inside was so clean and well kept, with high end kitchen appliances, a very nice bathroom with wonderful tile shower with rain shower head. The bedroom mattress was absolutely one of the most comfortable mattresses my wife and I have slept on! This place is definitely worth the money and worth giving a try! Would highly highly recommend for anyone looking to stay within a decent drive of any of the surrounding areas!

This is in a great location. The lake was great entertainment as the kids loved fishing in it and we could see them from the front porch. Close to town so easy access to anything you may need.
