We are Gold Standard certified. We are two Canadians that sold everything we owned, packed it into a Jeep, and decided to embark on the journey of a lifetime. We built two eco-conscious cabins located in the heart of beautiful Placencia, just minutes walking distance from the beach, pier, restaurants, and local amenities and events. We don't offer A/C, but we do offer a pool and each cabin is equipped with a ceiling fan and a large positionable fan for your comfort.

This 2,600 sq. ft villa is located on the upper floor, it has an amazing veranda that overlooks our beach and the Caribbean Sea. The villa comes with a full kitchen, central AC, TV, internet, washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and a half bathroom in the living room. Stairs Access is required for this villa.

Just a few steps to the pool & beach/ocean to swim or kayak, or have a massage at the end of the dock! Kayaks, bicycles & inflatables/floaties are provided. Small things can make your vacation special. The new owners are continuing the tradition of the prior owner & his fiancé of trying to provide extras that you don't get anywhere else.

Caribbean Village is located 10 minutes away from Hopkins Village. It is at the resort area on Sittee Road in Hopkins . We have 3 buildings upstairs with apartments and all utilities are included in the cost. Downstairs has Grocery store, Laundromat, and a Restaurant/Bar. The rooms are cozy and well decorated and furnished.
