Come and enjoy the beautiful Drenthe. Discover the Dwingelderveld, cycle through the Reestdal or visit one of the picturesque villages nearby. You can safely store your bicycles in our garage, and for short rides, we have loan bicycles for you. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We are looking forward to your arrival!

B&B het Zandoogje

Welcome to B&B Het Zandoogje! Our cozy, gas-free B&B is located in a converted barn, surrounded by peace and nature. Enjoy a cozy living room with pellet stove and open kitchen. There is a sunny terrace with a large garden and a playground for children. There are two bedrooms: 1 room with a double box spring bed and 1 with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower and washer-dryer and a separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor, except for 1 step. Includes free Wi-Fi and parking.

Free in nature, far away from traffic and other city noises, with a stunning view of forests and grasslands—you'll experience the ultimate relaxing outdoor feeling with us. Luxurious private camping, but not on a campsite—everything is exclusively yours. The tent, along with its own (heated) gypsy wagon (2025), is located at the edge of our property in a natural, green environment. It’s a place where you can not only enjoy nature but also embrace the peace and relaxing atmosphere.

Huisje Tiendeveen is een knus huisje met drie slaapkamers. Het huisje heeft een eigen keuken, badkamertje, vaatwasser, smart-tv en een pelletkachel. Ideaal voor een vakantie of om te verblijven tussen de activiteiten die je hebt gepland hier in de buurt. In de zomer kun je heerlijk buitenzitten en genieten van de rust en de natuur of een wandeling maken. Ben je actief aangelegd dan is de VAM-berg ook een aanrader! Of hou je van paarden? Peace and quiet in the Drenthe countryside and time to catch your breath. That is what you will experience in our guesthouse. In our garden, you will not meet anyone else besides our family in a day. Lots of sound from the birds and in the evening a beautiful starry sky in clear weather. In short, the ultimate place to retreat to. For extra relaxation, organic breakfast, organic dinner (Friday and Saturday) and wellness are available on request.

Cozy back house in Drenthe

Our cozy back house has a fresh, contemporary look. On the ground floor, there is a room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. All beds have M-line mattresses. It is located in our farmhouse where we live with our dear Labrador Saar. On the farm, we have two donkeys and chickens. There is a garden with various seating areas, including one with a fireplace and views of the countryside.

Comfortably enjoy nature

Located between the Gees Forestry and the Mantingerveld, with unobstructed views over farmland. Our farm was built completely new in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit comfortably. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

Luxury Holiday Home with Private Wellness Area

With open arms we welcome you in our charming accommodation. The decor is characterized by warmth and homely coziness. In the enclosed garden there is a private wellness area with a jacuzzi and a combi sauna (infra-red and Finnish) that is unlimited. Here in Drenthe where time seems to slow down, we have created a retreat where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and fully enjoy and relax.

Very much like 'coming home'

Welcome! Bed &Breakfast 'Mekelermeer' is a nice stay for 2 persons included breakfast. ckeck in is after 14.00 h. check out is round 12.00 h. 2 nights is the minimum stay. The interior is very cosy. You have a marvellous vue over garden and fields. There is hardly any traffic. Only some farmer business. A perfect place to 'slow down' .

Former farmhouse is now rented for vacation and temporary residence. In a beautiful wooded area 2 km from national park Dwingelderveld, 3 km away from NS station Hoogeveen and from A28 towards Groningen and Zwolle. Both less than 25 minutes car and train travel time.
