Monthly Rentals in Honokaa

This is a great place to stay on this part of the big island. It feels very true to the spirit of the area. It’s so cute from the outside, and surprisingly big on the inside. Very clean. Comfy, peaceful. Separate controls for the a/c. in several areas. Lots of great windows, but nice darkening curtains, too. Thoughtful touches throughout that made us speculate that the host must have stayed in a bunch of other AirBnBs and learned from that. :). Well-stocked. There were five of us and we didn’t feel cramped at all. Enthusiastically recommend!

This was the perfect place for my sister’s wedding weekend! There was enough room for the wedding party to get ready without the bride and groom seeing each other so that was perfect. The caretaker, Doug, was so so nice and he made the entire weekend that much better. Everyone loved talking to him. An overall great place!

We so enjoyed our jungle stay! The place was easy to find, and just as secluded as the photos make it look. I will say, the upstairs wasn’t rented while we were there, so of course it would have felt a lot less private had there been other people staying. The place was amazingly clean and surprisingly cozy for a garage. Loved having the grill, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, scooters, etc.

Everything seemed to be spanking new and fresh. For just one person it was perfect. I was so grateful to find a place for just one night so I could have business meetings in Laupahoehoe and Honokaʻa without having to drive back to the Kona side where I live. I will stay there again when I have to come back for more meetings.
