It is a private building located in Geumbyeongsan Hill behind Kim Yu-jeong Munhak Village, where one team can fully enjoy the garden and accommodation per day. We provide 100% cotton linen and boiled towels filled with the smell of sunlight every time you wash. It is a bright accommodation with good sunlight through a large window. It is a studio type with two single beds side by side, so it is basic for 2 adults, and up to 4 people can be accommodated by providing additional bedding, and up to 4 people, including infants, can enter. It is free of charge up to 2 years old (up to 24 months), and there is no extra bedding provided if it is free. You can see Samaksan, and if the weather is good, you can see a beautiful sunset full of red light. Breakfast is provided for a fee. (5,000 KRW/person, 3,000 KRW/person for elementary school or younger, other menus such as brunch are available for consecutive nights) Please order in advance if you wish. We do not provide BBQ service. Our accommodation does not have a kitchen, so you can't cook. You can use the microwave and coffee pot.

Traditional Hanok Dongchon House (1 team only/free breakfast/free parking)

Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square, the center of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul. It consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Built in 1939, Dongchonjae It's not a fancy hanok. Seoul City and the government (Korea Tourism Organization) have recognized it as a traditional hanok. Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Guests use 4 rooms, living room (Daecheongmaru), kitchen, 2 bathrooms (inside: shower available, outside: small but showerable), Numaru, and yard. The host lives in Sarangchae and provides breakfast and other services. (※ The love house is a space that is different from the main house where guests stay in, and it is a completely separate space) Feel the tranquil beauty and scent of traditional hanok in Dongchonjae. It is a non-face-to-face private accommodation for only one team, comfortable 25 pyeong on a large land of 200 pyeong by car from the accommodation. It is a village entrance next to a wide road, but it is about 50 meters away from the private house, so it is a non-face-to-face private accommodation that does not disturb the surrounding gaze and noise at all. The two bedrooms are a queen-sized bed and two super-single sizes, so we have a space where 4 people can rest comfortably. If there are additional people, we will prepare bedding in the living room. You can enjoy Netflix's movies on a clear 8k 85-inch large TV. The distance from the beach is also a 3-minute drive from Surf Beach. After parking, there are 20 low and pretty stairs in the garden. If you are uncomfortable, please refer to it during the reservation.
