it's a brand new house, 3 storey and we re on the top floor with rooftop, thats why need to walk up a bit of stairs. our hse is at ho chung new village, sai kung. 5 mins walk to mini bus or bus station to choi hung (15mins) or hang hau (10mins), HKUST (5mins) by bus or mini bus. we prefer single lady only as your room is share with one lady too, the room re whole new with new air conditioner. prefer someone who speak english or mandarin only.

Many eateries and bars in soho area.Two supermarkets, coffee shops, pharmacy, convenience store, all are within walking distance. Admiralty Park is just ten minutes by walk. HK Convention Centre is in Wanchai, and is accessible by route no. 40.
