As part of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are currently implementing additional health measures. With an area of 45 m2, the apartment was renovated in 2018. I chose materials and furniture "as if it were for me": 2 bedrooms with each its small bathroom, T.V flat screen on the wall in each room , living room with small terrace and beautiful sea view, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer compartment, microwave and traditional oven, washing machine drying clothes, Nespresso machine and everything you need to cook:-) The whole apartment and its terrace. Free parking space for the apartment. Just take the small path in front of the residence to access the beach of Trouville. Unspoiled by crowds, the quiet neighborhood is nevertheless close to the city center. 15/20 minutes walk from Trouville / Deauville train station If you come by car, a parking space is reserved for you in the residence. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, glass-ceramic plates, a traditional oven and microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster for your breakfasts. The 56 m2 apartment is spacious, very bright and very comfortable. It is on the first floor of a very nice old building with the bedroom overlooking the inner courtyard through which you enter. A very quiet place to simply be well. A place I like to share. Naturospace parking at the end of the street is free!

Apartment located in the heart of the historic center on the 3rd floor of a small building without elevator access, 1 minute from the old pool, Sainte-Catherine church and independent shops. It is also close to the Eugène Boudin Museums or the Satie Houses. The markets that take place on Wednesday mornings and Saturday mornings are accessible by a staircase 100 meters from the apartment. Bed linen, towels, dish towels, toilet paper and cleaning fees are included in the price.
