A month or longer rentals are preferred. Ocean Palms is powered by a solar system with batteries, no power surges or outages of electricity. The Air conditioner is direct to the power company and that usage will be charged, in cash, at the end of your stay, according to your usage on the separate meter for the AC.

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Guests will also appreciate the fiber optic WiFi if they have to take a break from the view and do a little work.
