Essentially your own little home with the most beautiful view of Kailua-Kona. We stayed just one night after our tour of the Big Island before heading to the airport the next afternoon, but this would be a great spot to park it for a whole week as a base camp. We hit up the Manta Ray tour at Manta Ray Advocates the night before and came back to a relaxing soak in the hot tub and stargazing afterwards. Fully stocked kitchen and pretty much any condiment you'd need in the fridge. And we really appreciated the chance to do some laundry midway through our trip to Hawaii.

Good place to stay, good price. No ocean view but we didn't spend much time in our room and didn't want to pay for an ocean view. Just a little way south of town. We covered the whole middle and southern part of the island being based in this location.

Loved our stay on this avocado farm. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with a lot of natural sunlight. We enjoyed seeing so much life around us and having fresh avocados and eggs every morning. Kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor shower is a vibe and the whole property is very pretty. 10/10 would recommend.

The ocean view was fantastic as was the saltwater pool. The house overall is great, but the bathrooms need to be updated. Also, the grounds could be better maintained. The kitchen was large and very nice, but the lighting wasn't the greatest. There was a bit of an issue with gnats, but that may have been the whole area. The large fresh fruit basket was a very nice touch as was the vase of fresh cut flowers. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

A modern kitchen area features a wooden countertop with three padded stools. Shelves hold dishware and decorative items, while a coffee maker and microwave are nearby. A sliding glass door leads to another room, and natural light enhances the space.
