What a special and beautiful spot this was! It surpassed our expectations, in particular the artistry of the interior and exterior design. This was far beyond a basic rental property, you can tell folks put love, care and character into each stylistic choice! All amenities were fantastic, hosts responsive, peaceful and quiet surrounding areas — absolutely no complaints.

Mathilde & Rudy's place was SPECTACULAR. The house was located on a very private road and was incredibly peaceful. It was such an amazing experience relaxing in the hot tub with the milky way right above us! The hammock was also perfectly placed. The house was super cute, nicely decorated, and very clean. I would definitely use the Waze app when navigating the neighborhood, though, because the directions were more straight forward than google maps. If you are thinking about booking here just do it!

The place was nice and clean. Maya has everything for you to cook, shower and sleep. Just bring your groceries 😉 The sunset, you can't really see it because of the houses, but the sunset was beautiful 🌄 I definitely recommend her place.

We needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, and this house was the just the answer. Quiet, private, and our dog Luna loved the yard.

Such a beautiful home to stay and enjoy with your partner and relax. My favorite part was the stargazing on the hammocks and the jacuzzi as well. Lots of near by stores to go too, which was helpful. I would definitely book again. The place looked so much beautiful in person.

One of our favorite experiences was feeding the abundant wildlife, bunnies, roadrunners, birds, and chipmunks. It genuinely felt like stepping into a Disney movie! Sarah has created an extraordinary ecosystem that is vibrant, nurturing, and enchanting. This is not your typical modern stay devoid of character; this is a soulful space overflowing with heart and purpose. We wholeheartedly recommend Sarah's place to anyone seeking a meaningful getaway. My wife and I wanted a quick get-away where we can soak in a tub and indulge while taking in some peaceful scenery, and this was exactly what we were looking for. Check in was quick and easy and just as the instructions described. Getting into the unit was easy as well and the double sliding doors was absolutely amazing to have for the view. Pots, pans and mostly everything you’d need to run a kitchen is available. Macayla and Jon provided local coffee and wine along with a list of local restaurants, great surprise that we weren’t expecting but follows the theme of the unit as well. Great attention to detail and has everything you need. Perfect stay for us with nothing but positive things to say. My wife and I discussed it and we’ll absolutely be back. 10/10

I had an amazing time in Edgar’s cabin. Perfect for a small getaway for two. Very close to the main road, not as secluded. Close to downtown Joshua Tree. Overall nice stop, nice host.

One word, AWESOME! As soon as you walk in you feel at home, from the ambiance to even the smell of the house. It helped make you forgot all of life’s stresses and live in the moment, enjoy the amazing views, and family bonding. The cabin itself was really clean, smelled great, well equipped kitchen with everything you would need and more, comfortable beds, couches, closet full of board games, and can’t forget the pac-man game. Outside they have string lighting, with outdoor sectional with a propane outdoor firepit to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The jacuzzi feels amazing especially after a busy day exploring. The cabin is near local hikes, local village with souvenirs shops and places to eat. Overall my experience here was great, the host were fast to respond and also included a small book of local recommendations which was very helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sheila’s cabin! Shiela and Annjeanette were so kind and communicative, it was a breeze getting there especially thanks to their thoughtful instructions. The place itself was even sweeter than the pictures could capture and we spent a wonderful weekend surrounded by beautiful views. So conveniently close to pioneertown that made seeing our friend’s band play at Pappy and Harriett’s a breeze! The bed was insanely comfortable, the bathroom perfect and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook even an elaborate meal for our anniversary dinner. Not to mention a gorgeous night spent star gazing on the roof deck. Thank you both for a lovely stay!

This is a very cozy and cute cabin—perfect for a relaxing break! * The photos and descriptions are spot-on. * Spotlessly clean—we couldn't find a single hair or pet fur anywhere. * The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook just like at home. * The host is thoughtful and responsible, providing clear instructions and responding promptly. * Loved the extra touches like the E-scooter and SUP board—they were fun ways to pass the time. Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay. The only small downside was that the bathroom felt a bit tight for a taller or bigger person—but everything else made up for it. Highly recommend!

I had to work over the weekend but wanted to get out of L.A. for a bit and Annalee’s cabin was a great spot for my solo trip back to the desert. The cabin had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and the silence was wonderful. I very much appreciated that there was a dedicated area to set up my computer for work which many Airbnb locations of a similar size seem to overlook. The highlight for me was how little light pollution there was in this area which made for amazing star gazing in the evenings. The perfect way to unwind after being at the computer all day. Annalee is a great host who responds quickly with any info that might be needed. Thanks for having me! :)

My husband and 2 children loved our stay at Kirstan's cabin! The cabin was comfortable and beautifully designed. There were many fun games both inside and outside the cabin. The outdoor space was huge and fun to explore. The cabin was clean and everything waa easy to find. Kirstan was a very responsive and friendly host. We would love to stay at Kirstan's cabin again on a future visit to Big Bear!

A stunning, stylish home. We were specifically looking for a place without a hot tub to avoid chlorine, and the beautiful soaking tubs here were a total gem. The location was fantastic — it feels wonderfully secluded, yet local cafés and shops are just minutes away. We absolutely loved our stay and truly regretted not booking for longer.

so let me start off by saying me and my sister are going THROUGH IT! we are both mothers, she has 2 kids and I have 2 kids. she's newly going through a divorce and I'm going on a 2 year long divorce battle...we NEEDED a getaway with the kids to start off the summer. we arrived and the house was immaculate, everything worked and was ready for us to dive right in and relax. which we did! within the first few hours the kids had all decided that they NEVER wanted to leave, and we both agreed with them. we all had turns in the hammocks, and the jacuzzi, and roasted s'mores on the fire pit. we enjoyed movies and games together and really put a smile on all of our faces again. this truly brought us together to make out bond stronger and it was an unforgettable trip. Casey is an amazing host, very responsive within minutes, and even was nice enough to check in on us daily. we will definitely be coming back to Joshua Tree to stay at Casey's again without a doubt. it was a 10 🌟 out of 5.
