Stayed at Tammy’s the night before a bike race in Winona. Honestly bummed that we didn’t get to spend more time there. They have a beautiful property. Tammy and her husband are super nice, friendly and welcoming. They will make you feel right at home. Before a bike race I am always anxious about getting good sleep, I didn’t have to worry about that at Tammy’s at all! The in-room microwave and fridge is super nice.

The host was fast and helpful in his responses. We really appreciate the host’s helpful attitude. We liked the location because we wanted to bike the Great River Trail and the home could not be closer. There was a cool Reggae festival 2 blocks away and the river and hills were gorgeous. We will be back. This place is a very good spot and a great value.

It was very peaceful and beautiful at Scrappin on the Ranch. There is everything you need from pots and pans to phone charging ports. Sitting on the porch listen to the creek and the cows with a view of the hills was quite relaxing. We spent some of our time at Great River Bluffs State Park which is just a few minutes away from the ranch. It was a very scenic state park with views of the Mississippi, and bluffs.

We chose it because it was closer to the wedding venue than staying in Winona; but very close to town and easy to pick things up or go eat, etc… We usually we stay in Winona but this suited our needs perfectly for this particular trip.
