We had a wonderful stay at this great big house! It is well equipped. The Christmas decoration with a decorated fir tree has created a particularly cozy atmosphere. Contact with the hosts was uncomplicated and pleasant. Someone was always available for questions, and we always got quick answers. Thank you for this lovely time – we will be happy to come back!

We stayed 2 nights with Laeticia, a group of 6 adults. We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was confined to descriptions. Laeticia is a very gracious, helpful and active host. I would highly recommend this rental.

Dear Elke, Your house is perfectly furnished and in a good location. Above all, we enjoyed the panoramic windows with the beautiful view. The carport with direct access to the house is also fine. We really enjoyed our stay in this incredible villa! It is perfect for groups (we were 11 people) since there is a lot of space in the house and the garden area. The kitchen is perfect to cook/have a big barbecue as there is plenty of tableware and lots of equipment. We especially enjoyed laying at the pool or sitting by the fireplace. A really excellent price-performance ratio. Would definitely recommend! We will for sure come back again

We were there with 9 people and had a great time! The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. Perfect for relaxing. The house exceeded our expectations. In real life, it's even nicer than the photos. The landlord was very friendly, easily accessible and always helpful. We would definitely visit again!

The house is quiet and fantastically beautiful, adjacent to a meadow. From the living room, you can already see the cows visiting and experience pure nature. The adjoining garden and terrace are tastefully decorated and offer a feel-good place outdoors. The house is a true paradise. The pictures on the Internet already promise a lot, but if all expectations are exceeded on site, then everything speaks for itself. The cleanliness of the house is unbeatable. Likewise, the different areas to relax and unwind. The lighting and the loving details complete everything and make the stay an absolute oasis of well-being. We lacked nothing. The game paradise, which you can optionally book, is worth a visit. Players' hearts beat faster here :-) An absolute experience. Audrey and Fred are two wonderful people who have created a wonderful place here. Thanks for that :-)

This villa was perfect for us. We came there as three adults and three children and there was plenty of room for everybody. The bathrooms are large, modern and clean. We hiked throughout the area. There are walking paths and roads with very little traffic. The nearby castle ruins were very cool and we walked to a waterfall that was on a 10 km hiking loop that is located close to the villa. Trier is a good day trip, especially on the weekend. I would also recommend Bernkastel-Kues as another day trip. The hosts were fatantic. I consider this place as top rated and it met all our needs.

upon arrival the baby bed and the chair were already ready for us. whole complete airbnb, really everything is present especially in the kitchen. were kindly received and the jaccuzi is delicious. we booked this airbnb mainly because of the juccuzi, it was a pity that it was not preheated when we arrived so we could only use it the second day. otherwise everything was completely in order.

Judith was very helpful from the beginning till the end. She informed us about everything that we can do around the place and the house was exactly as on the photos. Overall, great experience!

We were there for the family weekend and felt super comfortable. We had plenty of space in the villa, everything was available. It is very clean and a great furnished house. We got to know Yann, a very nice and friendly landlord who informed us well about the area, etc. and was also immediately there when we had problems or questions. Definitely we recommend Villa Fabia
