Small cozy holiday apartment of 49m2 with fjord view. Entrance, bathroom, kitchen/living room and bedroom. Lovely little conservatory to the west with sun terrace and morning terrace to the east. The apartment is heated with heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom, in addition there is a wood-burning stove. Only 2.5 km to the lovely commercial town of Lemvig, where there are restaurants, cafes and lovely specialty shops. 13 km to the roaring North Sea, which is always an experience. Thyborøn, with a constantly active fishing port, can be reached in 25 minutes by car

Annex

Enjoy the tranquility and beautiful scenery from the armchairs by the room's large window to the west. The annex contains: kitchen, (dining) living/sleeping area - divided by a half wall. Here is a dining table, 2 armchairs, three-quarter bed, sofa bed, baby bed. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, stovetop, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, service, etc. There is a separate toilet building for the annex. Laundry: in private for 30 kr. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 35./5 Euro per set. Pets are welcome.

Beautiful fjord view. In the middle of the raw, quiet and lovely nature, you will find this lovely summerhouse. The cottage is located with a garden into the fjord, and has a lovely quiet atmosphere, with a covered terrace. There is plenty of space both inside the 150m2 large cottage, and out on the great nature free area in front of the cottage down towards Nissum fjord. There are 4 rooms with brand new good beds. Plus consumption. As a guest, you pay the security deposit for consumption. Final consumption will be charged on the departure date.

Not far from the house are forest playgrounds, kreacafe, farm shops, good shopping, the North Sea and not least Lalandia (25 min.)

If you are into beach, golf, walks, bike rides, surf, sailing, or for swimming, sauna, hot tub or steam room in the private swimming pool, then come to Lemvig. Midtown is a 15 minute walk along a beautiful beach road with good bike path. It has high quality shops, restaurants, cafes, fish shop, butcher, cheese shop, etc. In the summer, there is the loveliest Street food, and always exciting events and activities.

Relax in this unique and scenic summerhouse with panoramic views of the water, Toftum Bjerge and the small harbor in Remmerstrand. The different ceiling heights and intimate spaces create a charming and cozy atmosphere in the old fisherman's house. Towards the water there is an orangery/sunroom and a terrace with a private path directly down to the beach. The house also has a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen where you can cook your dinner on the grill or enjoy the sunset at night.
