After a nice day in the area, plop down on the couch or outside in the sheltered and sunny garden on the south. From the living room you step into the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.

Klaushuus - fabulous views, great location

Whilst simple in design and furnishings, the Klaushuus boasts one of the most magnificent settings on the island. From the living/dining room and the spacious south-facing terrace you have beautiful and unobstructed views of meadows with horses, pheasants and rabbits and the forest. Stroll through the woods and dunes and you'll reach the beach in 10 minutes, Nes village is a 10-minute walk or short bike ride and the great beach restaurant Sjoerd is also only 10 minutes away on foot.

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 4 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

Accommodation Forge Sterk

Logement “Smederij Sterk” is located in the old townsmithy of J. Strong. The monumental building dates back to 1907 and is located in the middle of the city center, close to museums, restaurants, cozy shopping streets and the station. The accommodation has its own entrance, a living room with its own kitchen, a bedroom and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The accommodation has a view of and adjacent to a beautiful square where you can also sit outside.

Guesthouse for 2 adults and 3 children because the other beds are shorter (length 1.80m). Infants also welcome. Toys, high chairs and baby gear are provided. With cozy garden square, private beach as a playground, large lawn and child-friendly labrador. Our guest house was newly built in 2018 in traditional style with oak beams, Frisian yellow stone wall and concrete floor with floor heating. Walking distance to a forest and lake with beach and swimming jetty.

Broek Joure Friesland, This unique accommodation has its own style and entrance. The Boothuis is located directly on open water and is newly 2022 modernly furnished for a pleasant stay and equipped with all facilities. Here you can walk and cycle along the water or through the woods. Museum or shopping, this is already 3 km away. It is also possible to rent a fishing boat/sloop/sup/sailboat/bicycles/a charging station for charging the car/hottube.

Quiet among the fields in Friesland can be found here. With an outdoor jacuzzi and indoor sauna, this warmly decorated house is ideal for 2 or a family to get away from the hustle and bustle.
