House vacation rentals in Holiday Beach

We really appreciated the attention to all of the small details. The kitchen is stocked with coffee made whatever way you please. The pantry has a variety of snacks and tasty teas. From every type of bowl, cup, and silverware to towels and toiletries in the bathroom, we had everything we needed and then some. As a bonus, there were crab nets in the garage for crabbing at the laguna. The pier and the property are quaint. Our kids loved the pool, which provided a nice break from the beach. Parking and unloading was super easy. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The next time we're in Rockport, this will be our go-to spot to stay. The hosts are wonderful!

Our stay was very quiet and peaceful - just what we were looking for. The water is in a short walking distance and you'll likely find yourself down at the water for much of the time, as we did. To drive to downtown Rockport, it's about a 12-minute drive. Not too bad.

Had an amazing experience! This was the perfect family-friendly spot. and our host was fantastic with check-in instructions. We loved this place and will be booking again . Thank you had an amazing weekend with my family .

Host (Josh) was very quick to send out a pool guy to clean the pool when we got there. He sent his pool guy out within the hour after we notified him that the pool was “a little cloudy”. This was really the only issue we had while staying there. Everything is centrally located and the home itself is kept in “Pristine” condition! We would definitely recommend this rental home for a small family.

Great place to get away an relax. House had everything you need from pool floats and kayaks to charcoal grill dishes and toiletries. House was very clean and well maintained. Fishing dock was great with crab cages and cleaning station and green lights for night fishing. All the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that could’ve made it even better would be to have a bathroom downstairs near the pool. Kristen made everything easy for check in and check out. 10 out of 10 will be going back.

Kevin and Erini’s place was so cute, and had a very at home feel. It was very clean and well stocked for guests. We are so satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back again for our next trip.

The house was very nice and Amy was great with her instructions and communication. The kitchen was very well-equipped and open which is nice. Bathrooms are spotless. Had a hose for washing off the boat, which is very convenient if you need that. There is a bay view and much closer to water than I thought. Walked down to the water and it was peaceful. I would highly recommend and hopefully it will be open when I come down next time. Thank you Amy!!

This place was perfect for our bachelor trip. The beach house had beautiful views and the setup was spot on for a group of guys. We spent most of our time out on the pier fishing. We even got the opportunity to watch dolphins every day we were there from the back porch throughout the day. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the crew to relax, grill, and hang out. We loved the game room. Can’t beat waking up to the sound of the water and kicking back with a couple beers while the sun sets. If you’re planning a guys’ trip or just want a solid fishing weekend, this is the spot. We’ll be talking about this trip for a while. John was a great host and we definitely will be coming back.

We had a little couples getaway to Karina’s place and were so happy with our choice! The home is beautiful and beachy! The location is peaceful and only a few minutes drive to the beach. Everything was clean and we were incredibly comfortable! 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

When staying in someone else’s home while on vaca u don’t know what to expect! Well this cozy home was perfect! The description was on point, it was cozy, clean, everything we needed was available, quiet neighborhood, near beaches and stores. We were beyond pleased and definitely recommend!

Michael was an awesome host. He was very accommodating and responded back quickly. My family and I have stayed at multiple beach houses but by far this home was the best. It was beautiful and had everything we needed! Definitely recommend staying here!!

We arrived it was a secluded area did pass it for a second but we found it. I did have to message to get the code to be able to check in for the day. He was very responsive, communicative, and always got back to me. The only problem we had is the bedroom, felt very warmer than the rest of the house other than that it was stocked with pots and pans, silverware plates, and had a full refrigerator for you to bring your food to stock.

Christye and Rick are super friendly and they go above and beyond w their rental! We loved the house and the beds are super comfy for a great night’s rest. Rick recommended excellent restaurants to try, which we did, go eat at 2 Girl Burger… best burgers in Texas! The beach is top notch and super clean! We really enjoyed our time here, you will too!

Beautiful coastal home. Peaceful neighborhood not too far from old town Rockport and museums. Fit our family of 5 nicely. We biked through the neighborhood all throughout the day and there was no traffic. We had the entire beach area by ourselves for 4 days.

Our first time staying on the canal and was not disappointed. Both my boys loved being near the water to fish and my daughter loved the backyard layout. Everything was as described, Christopher and Trey were readily available as needed. Our family dog always enjoyed the home as well. We will definitely add to our favorites in places to stay in Rockport .

Comfortable and immaculate. It’s close to everything we wanted to do from fishing to restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had an AMAZING stay! Jim was very responsive with all the questions we had. This is a great location! The house was so beautiful, clean, spacious, well stocked with everything you need! This house and location will not disappoint! We caught many speckled trout off the dock and also some blue crab. Thank you so much for the amazing time and house! We will definitely be back! ☺️
