Beautiful villa apartment with loft, kitchen area, bathroom with bathtub as well as balcony, garden and terrace close to Holbæk Harbor. Free parking is available at the house. The train station and harbor are 1.5 km from the apartment. The trip to Copenhagen takes 40 minutes by train and 45 minutes by car. Good for friends, colleagues or a couple. If you have children (0+) it counts as an extra person. Note: no hot water in the kitchen - and there may be construction noise in the neighborhood from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

Here, you can find wonderful peace and quiet for a small family, with sleeping accommodations for 3 adults and 1 child. The apartment is approximately 75 sqm, as there is a locked room. This also means that the "double bed" is a sofa bed in the living room, which can be pulled out and used by 2 people. From the terrace, there is always birdsong and the greenest view over trees and fields. There is a playground right outside the front door, and there are no cars in the area, so it is a very safe place for children.

Apartment with beautiful views of the city. City bus right at the door and less than 1.2 miles to the city center. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, and there is a playground in front. The apartment is rented with one bedroom with a 140x200 bed. For 3-4 guests, there is another room with a bed of the same size. There is a lovely, large, sunny balcony. The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor), so there are no upstairs neighbors. There is no elevator.
