On the ground floor, there is a natural stone floor with underfloor heating, a large, light-filled living room with a couch (sofa bed available) and a TV with soundbar, a fireplace, and a large dining table, a kitchen, a guest toilet, and a utility room with heating and a washing machine. Wi-Fi throughout the house with a fiber-optic connection.

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

There is a park across the street and a basketball court nearby. Peaceful location, cozy atmosphere and lots of comfort to feel good. The outdoor area is still under construction.

The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Füwa and its beautiful nature invite you to cycle and hike.
