2-bedroom house with living room and kitchen. Wonderful, quiet garden with outdoor dining table, BBQ, table tennis, herbs and spices. Next door is Elma hotel with unique concert hall and performance bar, art shows, spa and wonderful scenery. Separate entrance with your private parking. Zichron Yaakov's pedestrian mall is within 10 minutes walk: Shops, galleries, cafes and museums. Ramat Hanadiv gardens and nature reserve - 10 minutes drive.
