Relax and get inspired in this artistic simple forest cottage from 1979, located between the tall trees on a small holiday park near Maastricht. In this park you will find a lovely quiet and clean private swimming lake. In the garden there is an outdoor fireplace where you can light up your sappled branches and a small simple BBQ. What an adventure to spend your days in a castle tower. Lovely veranda, so you can sit outside even at the end of October, we had our breakfast there but also have a nice drink. Beautiful, full kitchen and modern large bathroom. Also applies to the bedroom. Reception with flowers from the garden on the table and bubbles, a local product. We have done beautiful cycling routes and you can also go hiking. Glad the cycling and hiking routes are ready. In short, we had a fantastic week, partly thanks to a welcoming welcome at this beautiful castle. Jolanda and Ernst-Jan.

The bathroom features a spacious layout with a double vanity on a dark wood base, complemented by two mirrors above. A glass shower enclosure is positioned in one corner with a modern rainfall showerhead. Neutral tiles in various shades enhance the contemporary design.

An ideal stopover on the way to the Voerstreek and the Eifel. Gallo Roman museum visited and ice cream on a terrace in Tongeren. Deliciously eaten in Escobar (the restaurant under the apartment) with a radiant sun on the terrace. Definitely worth a stay!

A wonderful place to quietly enjoy the nature around you. The lake in front of the house is full of life and the view is never boring. For us a fantastic base from which many beautiful off-road bike rides could be made. The cabin is simple but equipped with the most necessary amenities. The only downside in the whole is the sofa bed.

I rented the house for a bachelor weekend with 8 people. The house was very neat and clean. Everything was still new. The house is in a relaxing environment with lots of nature, wonderful for a walk. There is a swimming pool in the garden that you can use for an additional payment of 250 euros per day. Unfortunately, the pool was on the smaller side. It is also unfortunate that you can only use the pool between 10:00 and 18:00. Furthermore, there is a sauna in the house where you can relax. A small downside of the area is that you are looked at as a foreigner. There was a man who even wanted to call the police because one of us was driving along his property. We didn't care about that and enjoyed our weekend. Especially from nature, sunrise and the sunset. The cottage is definitely one thing to do. The owner was a friendly woman who is easy to reach for questions and any advice about the area.
