A place to unwind in the woods relaxing in nature, but only a short distance from Fredericton & Woodstock NB, and Houlton ME.

This new apartment unit was just completed in 2024. Located only 5 minutes outside of Houlton in a quiet country setting. The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings. The large kitchen is ideal for those who like to prepare food themselves. Garage not included. BBQ grill provided seasonally.

There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!
