Hotel Kocai is a beautiful and private oasis amidst the yellow desert. The pool is cool and perfect for the weather, which is hot regardless of the season, and the staff are friendly and proactive. The room itself was incredible and it has all you need. Location can be tough to manage if you are carrying big luggage and were dropped off at the city center by the bus or train taxi service, but you can always get a 2 dollar taxi from the main square, just make sure it’s daytime as Izamal is a small town that, other than Sundays (festive weekend day for locals) will be dead by 10PM. Overall would definitely stay there again!

la piscina estaba un poco sucia pero ya luego vinieron a darle mantenimiento, hay personas que en ese aspecto son pesadas, la verdad no fue gran detalle. Lo que sí vi unas piletas de agua qué ojalá en el futuro las acondicionen para usar, le daría un super plus al lugar.. entre las plantas nativas pueden conseguir piñuelas, que adornan bonito, chaya y matas de chile... me encantó el árbol de chile máxito, así le llamamos los locales, verlo como arbolito en la entrada. Asi, la gente de fuera disfrutaría de la flora y frutos locales

Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter les cenotes que vous soyez véhiculé ou non car il y a beaucoup de moto taxi. La chambre était très propre. Nous avons rarement eu une hôte aussi adorable et accueillante que Alicia. Dommage qu'on ne puisse mettre que 5 étoiles. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci Alicia pour votre disponibilité.

Nos encantó el lugar, muy céntrico de todo. Excelente si piensas venir de vacaciones. Además Cristofer tuvo la cortesía de apoyarnos entrando unos minutos antes porque veníamos ya cansados. Para cerrar nuestra estancia nos dejó un delicioso flan. Sin duda queremos regresar

El señor Jorge es un excelente anfitrión, el alojamiento muy cómodo, bonito y bien ubicado, cerca del centro, de tiendas y restaurantes, tiene cochera para estacionarse y tiene muchas amenidades en la habitación, parrilla, secadora de cabello, shampoo, jabón, utensilios de cocina etc. A mí y a mi esposo nos encantaría regresar.
