Our host was very helpful, the pool is very quiet and peaceful and the room was spacious and comfortable. We checked in late and it was no problem. The breakfast was very tasty also, and she was able to help us with anything we needed.

Værten var utrolig sød hjælpsom. Han tilbød fx at køre mig til det nærmeste supermarked. Vi spiste aftensmad sammen og havde nogle hyggelige timer sammen.

We loved our stay at Spring Garden, it's in one of the most beautiful areas and so many stunning attractions are located nearby I was travelling with my 13 year old son and we stayed in a family room which had two large beds, plenty of space, it was perfect for us. There's a gorgeous pool that provided lots of entertainment for my son, even in winter when it was cooler. The host was very welcoming and really looks after guests, presenting welcome drink on arrival, organising bikes for free to explore and giving us rain ponchos. The property is a bit out of the way but that was the highlight for me, it's nestled among the most stunning limestone mountains with a river flowing near by. Exploring the area around the homestay is joy if you are into nature and it's best done by bike as there is so much to see. With that said, it's only 1.5km to the Trang An boats and you get there a flat gravel road so it's a great base. Would definitely return here if I come back to the area.

This was a lovely homestay a short walk to the Mua Cave viewpoint. The viewpoint looked stunning in the evening as the lights from the walk way were lit up on the mountainside. A couple of downsides were, the breakfast, which was meat pho, which we didn't eat as we're vegan. (Nguyen offered to make a vegetable pho for us instead.) Also, at our time of booking, the location was inaccurate on air bnb, as it placed the homestay near the town centre/lake and we had to get a grab taxi to and from the centre. Hopefully the location has been corrected now. To be clear, it is in the Mua Cave area.

This place is a slice of heaven tucked underneath some beautiful mountains, it’s peaceful and serene, the staff are amazing and helped me with all my needs. The restaurant produced amazing dishes and a great selection of drinks! I felt safe, happy and relaxed the entire time.

Love the place in the country side. Close to all the attractions and downtown. You can rent motorbike or bicycle from the airbnb. The airbnb food is ok. They adjusted it to better fit westerners taste buds. You can easily bike to downtown to get more food. Love the staff!! They are super friendly and helpful. The place is easy to find from the main road and is located in between major attractions. It's not particularly close to 1 or another, but being in the middle gives you more options for you to go around to. We were allowed an early check in, and they got a local taxi to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, we appreciate the convenient service. They have their own restaurant so you can order when you're hungry and they even serve free breakfast from 7 am to 10 am! We got the room under the mountain, it was nice and looked like the photos, the only concern was the strength of the water heater, which during our visit was ice cold. Other than that, a great stay over all!

Absolutely stunning, the photos don't even come close to doing it justice. The staff are polite and responsive, the food is great (recommend the roast chicken with honey especially). Prices are reasonable for food, drinks and massages. We stayed in the treehouse, which does have the minor downside of the bathroom being downstairs, which can be a little annoying on a wet night. Pool is lovely and clean, even in wet weather, and located perfectly for the treehouse (though still very close to other rooms). We had the added bonus of a few puppies running around, which made the stay extra special. Prep for mosquitos, there's a lot in Ninh Binh and the treehouse isn't airtight. It is quite noisy at night, with the wildlife. Best to book taxis with the front desk. They provide bicycle and moped hire for a small fee, and a map to local sights

We loved our stay at the bamboo homestay. The hosts were very welcoming and we felt right at home. We even decided to stay an extra night! They have a restaurant attached and the food was delicious. They helped us book our transportation and gave us local recommendations. On our last day they let us use the bicycles and use a bathroom to shower without an extra fee. Very generous people! We loved it so much!

We had a great time at Do Anh’s place. The location is beautiful and the bungalow looked like the pictures. The pool and breakfast were also great editions. The bungalow is a bit outdated and doesn’t have insulation, so it’s very noisy at times. I used earplugs at night to help with this.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mrs Ninh house, the room was really confortable and clean. Mrs Ninh requested lots of activities and helped us a lot to plan our days in Ninh Binh. Also we can’t be more grateful as Mrs Ninh helped us to book a Cruise in Halong Bay as we discovered that the one we planned got canceled

Wonderful stay! The host was very kind and helpful — arranged our night bus to Sapa and allowed a late check-out. We rented a motorbike on site, enjoyed delicious food, and loved the stunning views. Highly recommended!

The entire staff were super friendly and helpful especially Ve. My 4 yr old godson who was travelling with me could be a handful at times but they were all really sweet and patient with him.

Le homestay est à l’écart des zones touristiques, perdue au milieu d’un lac. Y accéder est une épreuve dépaysante et magique, à l’écart du centre tout en restant à 20min grand max. Vous pouvez y louer un scooter. La communication est rapide et les plat proposés excellent! Je recommande!
