Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hoa Lư

Gutes Apartment mit sehr leckeren Frühstück. Nguyen hat uns Fahrräder zu einem günstigen Preis ausgeliehen und für 200.000 VND durften wir sogar bis 20 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben was uns den Reisetag deutlich vereinfacht hat. Nguyen war immer sehr freundlich.

Host was very helpful and friendly, place was nice and clean exactly how photos show! Was so nice we stayed an extra night! Deffo recommend staying here price is good too! Thanks again

I do not have words to describe what an awesome experience Thuan’s property is. It’s a small homestay (if you don’t know what that is, look it up.). Run mainly by family. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were exactly as described, clean, comfortable, good A/C, and pool was delightful. Morning breakfasts were absolutely spot on. We walked in as guests, left as family. I absolutely recommend asking Thuan for his driver (his brother), in showing you the sights. Húu was a super friendly guy, very nice car, punctual, and probably was the best driver we have had in a foreign country. Also if you are lucky enough to have My along for excursions, she is a good translator, and knows the area well, and will get you through the crowds efficiently in the high tourist areas. There are plenty of things to explore nearby, but you do need a car or driver. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds impeccable. You can see the family takes great pride.

Such a great guy. I got there early. We sat down together drinking tea and talking for a good hour or so. Gave me plenty of tourist information with a map. Let me check in early. Sorted out motorbike rental for a good price and even as a laundry service. Just off the main strip in tam coc. Definitely a great place to stay.

Quel merveilleux séjour nous avons passé avec mes deux filles ! Nous avons été accueilli comme si nous faisions parties de la famille. l endroit est paisible, loin de l agitation de la ville. Kua a toujours été à notre écoute et nous a aidé dans notre organisation pour visiter les environ. La maison est situé à 20 / 30 minutes en voiture des merveilles de Ninh Binh. Les parents de Kua peuvent soit vous ballader en moto dans les environs, soit vous pouvez aussi leur louer des vélos. Il a à 10/15 mn une très belle pagode à visiter loin du brouhaha du tourisme. Chaque repas partagés avec les parents de Kua furent un vrai plaisir de saveurs et de beau instant de partage ! J ai pu apprendre à faire le tofu 🥰 Étant un peu loin de supermarchés, pensez à prendre vos snacks préférés au cas où 😄 Pour une immersion dans la culture vietnamienne c est l endroit revé. C est une famille adorable 🌸🫶🏽Ils me manquent déjà…. Encore merci pour toute cette belle énergie partagée ❤️ à bientôt j’espe

Un endroit idyllique pour profiter des nombreux sites alentour. La maison d'hôte est au calme, joliment décorée avec une piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Je recommande les petits plats de l'hôte qui est discrète et disponible. Elle m'a permis de passer un très bon moment avec sa famille. De nombreux services sont proposés : location de vélos et scooters, change, massages, réservation de bus, ... On m'a donné un plan et de nombreux conseils pour les visites. Le sourire et la gentillesse des hôtes sont un bonheur. Je recommande cette adorable famille. Je me suis sentie tellement bien que j'ai décidé de prolonger mon séjour. N'hésitez pas une seconde !

Hôte accueillant et flexible, petit déjeuner inclus et très bon! L'environnement est sympa et à proximité des activités sur Ninh Binh. Ils louent également des scooters sur place pour un prix raisonnable. Nous avons été très content de notre séjour ! Seul bémol : on a réservé une chambre avec vue sur bambou et on nous a finalement logé dans une chambre qui n'avait pas de vue.

We had an incredible stay at the Lotus Field homestay. Duy was amazingly helpful and communication with him prior to arrival was fast and responsive. He helped us hire private transportation to and from the homestay (since Grab drivers don't usually go all the way to the property). The driver was wonderful, helping us to explore many locations and enjoy our time in Ninh Binh. The bungalow was spacious, clean, and comfortable!

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and had a great stay. We can recommend the hotel to everyone. Thank you for the hospitality, the rich and delicious breakfast and the free bikes.

We had a great time during our stay at Phi Hung's Unique Homestay. The house is surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and  a vegetables garden. It feels like home and the family were super friendly, funny, very enthusiastic and always made us feel comfortable and welcome. Their English was very limited but we had a lot of fun using Google translate. We had a Vietnamese dinner with the family, 100K vnd pp, which was worth it. The food was delicious and it's like all you can eat. You also can specify your dietary requirements in advance. The breakfast was provided and simple but delicious. Hung, our host, wasn't there but the family welcomed us and you also can communicate with Hung through airbnb and he responded immediately. The room was comfortable and looked new. You can use the family kitchen on the ground floor. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice addition.

Nous sommes arrivés très tôt via un bus de nuit et malgré le fait que le Check in se faisait qu’à partir de 14h nous avons pu laisser nos affaires dès 11h dans notre chambre, et en attendant nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner. Les hôtesses parlent bien anglais, ce qui nous a facilité les échanges, notre chambre était propre et avait une salle de bain privative, possibilité de louer des vélos à la journée. Logement très bon rapport qualité prix, bien placé et calme. Le petit plus : une bouteille d’eau fraîche offerte par personne en partant

Really nice place with a big space in the room and comfortable beds. It’s in a good location you can easily walk around tam coc to restaurants etc. We arrived extremely early in the morning and the kind family were nice enough to let us go into our room at that early hour for a small amount extra. Really kind people.

From the moment I stepped into the place, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. The team was not only friendly but also incredibly efficient, making check-in a breeze. They provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions, which truly enhanced my experience. The hotel’s concierge was an absolute gem, offering thoughtful suggestions that made my trip even more enjoyable. Every interaction felt like a personal connection rather than a transaction, and that’s what set this stay apart. Overall, the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to experience such a high level of care and attention to detail. I will definitely be returning and recommending this stay to others who value excellent service. I live in Hanoi so I've visited Ninh Binh a few times but this was my first time staying here. I'll definitely be coming back to this homestay next time.The pictures don't do it justice. Gorgeous scenery, nice cocktails, super friendly staff and an ideal location right by the boat tours. Also it was absolutely incredible value for money, I can't recommend it highly enough.

We stayed here a few nights with another family .The location is peaceful, and run by a beautiful family. The food was fresh and tasty and they were very accommodating. A perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the beauty of Ninh binh. Highly recommend.

I originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying for 5 in total. Mike and his family are very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed his sister’s breakfasts - very tasty! The room was large and pretty clean, AC/fan/fridge all worked perfectly. If you ride a scooter then the location is perfect, if you don’t (like me) then it could be a little inconvenient, although there are restaurants close by and you can walk a minute to the main road and take a grab taxi. The food is simple, home cooked stuff - with very generous portions and a fair price. Beer, water etc is also fairly priced. I was doing some online teaching during my stay, there is a small table in the room and the WiFi is fast, although there was one day we had a power cut and I had some issues with a couple of classes, so keep that in mind if you’re a ‘digital nomad’ / teacher. Overall, I’d like to thank Mike and his family for having me to stay and I would happily stay there again.

Nice and spacious rooms set in serene surroundings - hills, greenery and little ponds. the kind of place where you could just sit and watch the day go by,if that's your thing. Not far from Trang An boating pier and Hang Mua caves.
