I like the host, very nice person. great apartment, top European level of appliances and comforts. powerful AC. Away from.all the noise. I would stay here again.

Everything was great and they communicated very well. The best part was the location if you prefer a chill stay in Hanoi with nice cafes nearby.

The location is great if you what to come back for peace a quite from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi old quarter. The only issue we had was dealt with the next day so cannot fault Trang for not looking after us and responding to our messages. Trang even helped our daughter to get her lost luggage delivered to the house. The place was is great for larger families and lovely shops and restaurants near by. I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone travelling to Hanoi looking for a base to explore with the confidence that Trang would be around to help with any issues or queries. Thank you for making our first visit to Hanoi and memorable one.

The apartment location in Tay Ho area is really good because you have lots of restaurants around, supermarkets…. The apartment was nice and clean. Linh (the host) was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.
