This hotel is located at the center of HCMC. The room was very clean and the stuffs were friendlier than other people in the city. Check in was very smooth, even though we can slightly early to leave the baggage. Stuff gave us some tea during the process. Our room was very clean, spacious and cozy. We also tried the spa package at the hotel. Stuff arranged everything from making a reservation to calling a cab.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was easy getting to restaurants and there’s a swimming pool and bar downstairs. Loved all the staff of the connected restaurant downstairs. Great location.

In the originally booked apartment, there was a leakage issue in the bathroom, and they arranged for a replacement apartment. However, the replacement apartment has a lot of ants, really a lot. Despite that, the overall living environment is comfortable, and the location is convenient with a convenience store downstairs in the housing estate.

The room mentioned is in a basement and really not convenient. i had to pay extra 400k for an upgraded room which was also not really awesome. All in all, it was okay. The host was friendly and responsive.
