Had a wonderful stay here. Living room was comfortable. Great view and easy walk to the centrum. Able to do a load of laundry which was great. Comfortable beds. Would recommend!

Roar was very helpful and responsive The place was amazing and had everything we needed from it, for the restaurants and groceries you had to drive only for 8 minutes which is easy I liked the place and I would recommend it for anyone

Feeling like home as soon as you open the main door, that is the feeling we had the very first moment we stepped in. Very clean, cozy and decorated with absolute taste. It is one of the most equipped places I have ever been... there is everything you can imagine and that you might need. And everything is perfectly organized and clean that it makes it easy to use and put it back where it belongs. 10 minutes drive from the house you have a 24/7 small super market open where you can get anything you need. The house deserves the absolutely maximum possible star rating and so does the host. Smart advice: do follow the instructions of the host to find it... google maps does not help. Wow! What an amazing place! It is like staying at a friends home - super comfortable, homey, and relaxing. The "sun room" was enchanting and we sat there for fours enjoying the different moods of the fjord. The location was beyond anything I can describe - it was so quiet! Lindy was very responsive and quick. There was nothing that could not have asked for!

We spent three nights at Roar's place and wish we could have stayed longer. It was so peaceful with good walking from the doorstep, and lovely waking up to the sound of birdsong. Roar went out of his way to make us feel welcome and offered great walking recommendations. Thank you!

Cozy and extremely well decorated apartment with great views and a pristine environment. The location is also very convenient, about an hour’s drive to Geiranger. Monika was also a really helpful host, thanks for a good stay!

My stay was 6 weeks and I look back on it positively. It is a place where you can really relax. The place is very comfortable and had everything I needed. The nature and hiking opportunities nearby are fantastic. Solgunn is a very good hostess. Very considerate and very helpful. She gave very good tips and invited me to walks and activities. I can recommend this place to anyone!

This lovely apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was spacious and relaxing. The bedrooms more than met our needs and we truly enjoyed the scenic views from the living room and deck. Martin was a wonderful host and took very good care of us. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story/ 4 apartment unit. So you do hear the neighbors above on occasion. It should be noted that the unit is located in a residential area so there are several local residents living close by in the neighborhood. We had no issues with this but we mention it in case a potential renter is looking for solitude in an idyllic mountain setting. It is not in an isolated area. The proximity to Geiranger was excellent so the apartment’s location made a great base of operations for our adventures in and around Geiranger. Highly recommended.

For the second Easter holiday in a row, my wife and I and our two children stayed in Kristin's cozy cabin apartment at Strandafjellet and again this year it was a pleasure. The cabin apartment has everything you need and is within walking distance of the ski complex in the mountains. Hoping to come back next year!

Yael's Villa was exactly what my wife and I needed for a couple nights while exploring Ålesund and the surrounding area. It had everything you need to feel at home and between the deck, the jacuzzi, sauna, and water access, you could stay put and be very happy about it! Yael should teach a masterclass for other Airbnb hosts on how to make their guests feel welcome and valued. He was incredibly helpful during our stay and was quick to respond any time I sent a message. His homemade sauna is impressive and a real treat after a long hike or a dip in the frigid weather. He charges a few bucks to use it to help with electric which is completely understandable. Can't say enough nice things about Yael and the time my wife and I spent at his place. Close to a bus stop that will get you into city center, but if you have a car and want to drive in, that's easy too. Don't pass this place up!

Such an amazing location in Olden and we loved being right on the water. Couldn’t think of a better place to stay. We loved spending time outside in the jacuzzi and using the fire pit. The town is nearby and the home included everything we needed.

Fabulous views and really responsive hosts. The location is convenient to many places in the region, but requires a solid drive to any of them. We used this as a base for Nordfjordeid, Loen, Stryn, Geiranger, and Bjorkedalen. You could easily get to Jostalbreen north entrance as well. All of these places are 30-60 mintues away, but we found it convenient. The views are stunning and it feels very private despite what it looks like on streetview/google Maps.
