Nice apartment in Søllerød, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom (total 65 sqm). Kitchenette with fridge, electric kettel, and microwave. No stove and no cooking. 20 min from Copenhagen by car. Just next to the lovely Kirkeskov forest. The apartment is renovated and is located in the basement of a nice old house from year 1900 with its own entrance. The apartment has a creative multi level design with four nice rooms with big windows - one of which is bedroom. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Doorway from kitchen to the communal garden. There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place

Independent, nicely furnished 1st floor apartment in villa close to the Dyrehaven, the sea and theTechnical University ca 20 Km north of Copenhagen center. The apartment is fully equipped. It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.

Our basement offers a comfortable stay in a quiet residential area. You'll have everything you need for a short stay, incl. a sofa bed, a work desk, and a bathroom. We’re just a 10-minute walk to Herlev station and a 20-minute train ride to downtown Copenhagen. With free parking and an EV charger available, this is a great spot for both business and leisure travelers. Please note, you may hear footsteps and water drains from upstairs. We also have a cat.
