The region is perfect for cycling (Tourmalet and famous mountain passes), hiking, trail running and skiing, as well as for families and couples seeking peace, nature and authenticity.

The little Refuge

This is a neat cottage for a couple or a little family (2 adults & 2 children) situated in the heart of the beautiful valley of Argelès-Gazost. It is a little house of about 40 square meters, with a separated parking and its own garden. At 450m high, it is close to shops (less then 5 minutes from 2 supermarkets) but in a quiet place, on the forest edge, without vis-a-vis. At the start of many walks, a nice trail brings you to Argelès-Gazost in about 20 minutes. Tranquility without isolation.

The Chiroulet Cabin

This shepherd's hut is located in the wild valley of Lesponne, at the foot of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre and in the international starry sky reserve. Authentic and intimate, it offers an ideal setting to unwind. The hut, rebuilt with traditional techniques, includes a bedroom, open kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom and separate toilet. Le gîte se trouve à Luc, petit village de 200 habitants, à 15min de Bagnères de Bigorre. Idéalement situé, une multitude d'activités s'offre à vous : randonnée, ski, escalade, accrobranche, via ferrata, tourisme, nature, lacs, repos, thermes, casino, farniente, etc. Il a été entièrement restauré et refait à neuf courant de l'été 2024. (Les literies, la cuisine et l'électroménager ainsi que le linge de maison sont neufs).

It consists of a kitchen, bathroom (with dry toilet), 2 bedrooms and a terrace, which will allow you to enjoy stunning views of the mountains. Hikes are possible around the yurt... You can enjoy a visit to the "Fibre de Vie" farm offering Mohair and Alpaca wool products. Ski resorts 35 to 45 minutes away.

La Grange de Coumes between Arreau and Loudenvielle

Nestled between the Aure and Louron valleys, this secluded barn offers you peace and quiet while being close to Loudenvielle and Saint-Lary. Access will be on foot, on a path of about 300 meters. Solar panels supply the barn with electricity, an opportunity to change your habits. The barn is heated only by a wood-burning stove. A Nordic bath will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature around you.
