We are a family of small children who want to share our cozy guesthouse. Here you have good opportunities for cycling, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming etc. The accommodation is located all the way down to the seaside. Bakery, eateries, and shopping opportunities nearby. Frøya is about 7 minutes away by car. There is not washing machine bed linens, sheets and towels have to be brought duvets 140*200 pillows 50*70 The tenant leaves the house as it is when they arrive Bathroom, kitchen and floor to be cleaned. Pleasant house with a stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located in the middle of Hitra and Frøya, about 14 minutes drive to the city center on both islands. The house is located in a quiet courtyard with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminum boat with 60 hp, echo sounder and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1000 per day. Owner with family lives in the same yard and is an experienced landlord for many years. There is also access to several freshwater lakes with fishing and beach.

Cabin with annex, 2 bedrooms + 2 homes close to the sea, AC, washing machine, dishwasher, floating jetty, boathouse, rowboat. Possibility of renting a boat nearby. The tenant must bring his own linen and towels, the duvets are 220 cm, 1x150cm double bed, 2x75cm bunk bed, 4x90 cm mattresses in the lofts. Stay in a peaceful and sheltered cabin with sea view, sit-on-top tandem kayak, SUP board and fishing opportunities right outside the door. Included in the stay is also a visit to our alpaca farm one kilometer away! Perfect for couples, friends or families with children who want to relax in real nature. The cabin is of an older standard, without water but with electricity. Shower facilities in our newly renovated barn on the farm.
