Janet made our stay very comfortable and was accommodating even though there was a mixup in the number of guests. Her house is very beautiful.

The family is very welcoming. We felt at home. The only small downside was that the listing said we had access to a shared kitchen while when we arrived, Kenya told us that it was not this reservation that allowed it. However, I have evidence written in black and white that said we had access to it. I didn't want to insist because Kenya's husband had just been admitted to the hospital for a motorcycle accident and Kenya already seemed to have enough stress. I still have to name it in this review so that people who book in the future know it. Since I have to put medicine in the fridge and is one of the reasons I need to have access to a kitchen, she still accepted that we use a small fridge. The price paid is the highest of all the accommodations we have rented in the Republic for 2 months, so without the kitchen, it's expensive. Great location!

We rented the guest house along with the main house and it was adorable! The grounds were beautiful, the decor was great, the location was great. I would recommend this property to any and all of my friends.

Luzi is an adorable woman, 100% recommended. Her accommodation is just as described, small but very clean and fresh, very central. I was very satisfied and of course I would come back. To get around, use Uber or DIDI, which are very affordable. The ride from the airport to the accommodation is 20 dollars, and within the city, the rides are 2 dollars.

Probably the most beautiful Location on the Samana Coast! The grounds here are spectacular and the view is even better. The host is great as well as a "really nice new friend"! You will not be disappointed!!!

It is more than satisfied, without a doubt that I would return to this place is a super spacious and cozy wonder, the common areas are perfectly distributed all my family is enchanted. For us, the time at Jarabacoa was the best time we ever had and the reason is Dianas family! (Diana wasn't there, but frequently asked or called if everything was fine.) Her father Ramon and his driver picked us up or drove us to whereever we needed, got us to a supermarket, showed us beautiful places, helped us with organizing river rafting, invited us to eat with him traditional food and even got us another place to stay in another city, where we also had a great time with family members. The house itself is a bit outside in the mountains, very quiet and in the near of Waterfalls and river rafting. You have a lot of space inside and on the wonderful veranda. For cooking, it is a good idea to bring your own stuff like oil and spices, but we got whatever we asked for from Ramon, so that's no big problem. There even is a brand new barbeque with great view in the garden. You have to know, that the house is a bit old, but the important things are nice and clean, like beds and bathroom. There were also a lot of towels, which is great. All in all, the hosts and the surrounding area were the things that made our stay wonderful. We are overwhelmed by their hospitality and easy going kindness! All that made the time more special than any tourism resort place could ever do...

Thank you Hernando for such an excellent experience. It is a very nice and cozy place, the area is well located and very quiet. The property had everything you need for a short stay, that was what my husband and I were looking for.

Excellent place. Nicol was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Mr. Pablo was very helpful. I was always looking out for us and assisting us in whatever we needed. The place is suuuper big, you can do many outdoor activities. Everything is excellent!

Mrs. Margarita, who welcomed us into the house, was like a mom to us, took care of us and helped us with everything we needed. The house is as such as in the photos, it is very clean and has everything you need for a long stay, from kitchen utensils to towels and clean sheets. In addition, you can have access to washing machines, the air dries clothes almost in a few hours! The house has air conditioning in the room and a fan on the social side, although it is a little heatable. It is important to know that there are puppies and cats around the property, but they are very tender and behave very well.
