You can rent bicycles and cross Shimanami Kaido by them. Try it! When you arrive at the station, we will pick you up. If you go cycling in the morning, we will keep your big baggage in our house. This is a small pension using vacant rooms of my own house. B&B Shiokaze is located in Mukaishima, which is an island 5 minutes by ferry from Onomichi station. This is a perfect place for travelers who want an inexpensive room. We hope you will enjoy your stay in Onomichi. We serve you a breakfast. You can choose a Western style or a Japanese style. We do not serve dinner. You can go out for dinner or you can bring something back. We have free Wi-Fi for our guests.

心が温まる宮島の古民家

宮島の町家通りから一本通りを入ったところにある「ゲストハウス心」。 　玄関の暖簾をくぐると、京都の長屋の料亭を思い出すような竹壁で、踏み石で中庭に導かれていく粋な演出。中庭も白玉石とこけのバランスがきれいで、落ち着いた雰囲気に一役買っている。リビングからも中庭が見えるようにガラス戸を配してある。 　庭を介して宿泊者だけが泊まれる棟になっており、誰にも気兼ねすることはない。外から見ると普通の民家なのだが、一歩踏み入れると、別の雰囲気になり宿の魅力に繋がっている。聞けば、主人は昔から庭いじりが好きで、趣味も幅広い。ただ、冒頭のように最初は宿をはじめる気はなかったので、風呂の設備はないのだが、周辺の宿を外湯として利用できるので、大きな心配はない。1階がリビング、2階は二間続きの和室が寝室になっていて、6名までならゆっくりと滞在できる。 　中庭に「心」とこけの中に白い石で敷き詰めた文字がある。昔、庭師が遊び心で造ったもので、宿の名前の由来になっている。心を込めてもてなし、滞在する人に心を落ち着けて時間を過ごして欲しいと願っているという。

広島駅から南へタクシーで10分程度です。中心部にアクセスのよい便利な住宅街の4階建てビルです。 その３・4階がわたくしたちの住宅（朝食付きゲストハウス）です。 平和公園・中心部八丁堀まで各徒歩25分程度。（自転車貸し出しあり） Our house is located a 10-minute taxi ride from Hiroshima Station to the south. It is a 4-storied building in a convenient residential area with good access to the down town. The 3rd and 4th floors are our residences(guest house with breakfast). It takes about 25 minutes on foot to the Peace Park , downtown from our house. (Bicycle rental available)
