It is located in the quiet mountains of "Oku-Niseko" in Rango-machi, about 600 meters above sea level, away from HIRAFU. It is located in a national park and you can see "Chisenupuri" right in front of you. It is located in a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko Ski Area. 1 bedroom, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK and is recommended for up to 2 people. Up to 1 pet allowed (pet fee 2,000 yen. Only toilet trained children are allowed) Self Check-in, Self Check-out It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town. It is a place where you always need a car to go shopping or to restaurants. Within 20 minutes by car to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Area is 30 minutes by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). Go outside and take a little walk around the neighborhood, and on sunny days you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance. ※ Niseko Town has introduced an accommodation tax. The accommodation fee is 200 yen per person per night.

The Sekka Ni 1 studio apartment is part of the three-unit Sekka Ni building in Hirafu Village, Niseko. The studio is close to restaurants and bars and accessible to year-round outdoor activities. Compact and well-equipped, the studio includes a queen-size bed, screened kitchenette, dining area, large bathroom and dry room. Ski slope shuttle services to Annapuri, Hirafu and Hanazono are available from 8am to 10:00am and from 2:00pm to 3:30pm, during the winter season.

This part of Hirafu is especially family friendly and is located within 1.8kms of Hirafu intersection and local convenience stores. However, we still recommend guests rent a car for this location. There is car parking for 1 x car.

Please note this property no longer comes with a vehicle. There are 4 Shiki Koyuki houses, each have three levels and are very spacious. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage.The middle floor is open plan with a large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area if the number of guest are more than 6.
