Kitchen, one & 1/2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, and a river lover’s paradise! We are calling it a “potential stay” simply because this historic home has the potential to be a $200/night place. Each room needs scraped & painted and we will do it one-room-at-a-time as we can afford. This was Clare’s childhood home so THANK YOU for helping to restore it!
