Family-friendly vacation rentals in Hilversum

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaft schönen Haus in Eefde! Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur super stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sondern auch unglaublich gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. Alles war blitzsauber und perfekt vorbereitet. Umgeben von Feldern lebt man wirklich mitten in der Natur und kann die absolute Ruhe genießen. Noch nie zuvor habe ich eine Unterkunft erlebt, die in echt sogar noch schöner war als auf den Fotos! Besonders begeistert waren wir von den liebevollen, lokalen Willkommensgeschenken wie frischem Apfelsaft, Bier und hausgemachter Marmelade – so eine herzliche Geste! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Für uns war es ein rundum perfektes Erlebnis, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke Aljanneke! 🤗

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

We hebben het super fijn gehad in Epe, een hele rustgevende omgeving met prachtig huis. 2 Slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbedden, heerlijk terras en een zalige hot-tub. Je kan ontbijt bestellen en krijgt ook wel wat mee van het boerderij leven als je dit wil. Er lopen katjes rond, staan ezels voor het huisje en daarnaast is er een winkel die 24/7 open is. Wij komen zeker terug!

Schöne Unterkunft für eine große Gruppe von Freunden! Gerne wieder.

Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. The M5 bus made our commute to Train then Amsterdam easier. (Approx 1 hour). Loved the 2 free bikes available for us to use. The sauna was a lovely bonus to use at night to relax. Moniek’s was resourceful and actively answering our questions. Alot of gadget in the house, no cable on TV so it was hard for my elderly parents to figure out how to use an intelligent tv with Netflix and all but we managed differently. Area was really nice close to the house but Almere centrum gets a bit suspicious at night so be aware to not be a women alone at night coming back -even locals fidy not recommended.

Heel fijn weekend gehad. Genoten van de fijne tuin met verschillende zitjes en natuurlijk de wellness. Huisje is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien en het bed was zeer comfortabel. Mooie rustige omgeving en op 20-30 minuutjes rijden van diverse leuke steden. Joop en Thea zijn zeer vriendelijk en staan direct voor je klaar. Kortom, echt een aanrader!

What a fun experience! And what a terrific host! In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. To say we got to stay on a houseboat in Amsterdam is always going to be a fun memory! But note, it is definitely a boat. You must be fully able bodied to access the boat and get around comfortably inside. The kitchen is suitable for snacks. And as with most European AirBnBs, bring your own bath products.

Het was een heerlijk appartement ondanks dat we niet zulk mooi weer hadden konden we toch lekker in de jacuzzi. De bedden liggen lekker en alles is er wat je nodig hebt. We hebben genoten. We hadden ook een klein vriendinnetje op visite nl. de kitten van de eigenaar .

Wir waren 4 Nächte bei Martin und haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist total schön eingerichtet und die Dachterrasse wunderschön. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alleine die Bademäntel in die wir uns Abends kuscheln konnten waren super. Wir haben uns sofort in die beiden Katzen verliebt die sich frei im Haus bewegen können durch Katzenklappen an den Türen. Martin ist super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage von der man alles gut erreichen kann. Martin war so freundlich, dass er uns aufgrund des schlechten Wetters an unserem Abreisetag noch länger in der Wohnung gelassen hat was uns sehr gefreut hat. Man fühlt sich super wohl und ich kann die Wohnung und Martin als Vermieter nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ugoszczenie przez Panią Trienie było jak ze snu. Bardzo miło nas przywitała, oprowadziła po domku i zaproponowała różne atrakcje. Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni za taką gościnność i życzliwość. Okolica jest piękna - pełno zieleni, wiejskie zwierzęta tylko uzupełniały ten cudowny krajobraz. Domek - bardzo przytulny i czysty. Miejsce miało dla nas wszystko czego potrzeba do codziennego funkcjonowania. Jesteśmy oczarowani wszystkim co zobaczyliśmy w okolicy i na pewno wrócimy na, mam nadzieję dłuższy pobyt. Dziękujemy!

Wir waren jahrelang auf einem Hausboot in Amsterdam, das der Eigentümer mittlerweile aber selbst bewohnt und nicht mehr vermietet. Also haben wir uns nach einer Alternative in der "kleineren Schwester" Utrecht umgesehen und sind bei Pauline und Raymond gelandet. Das Boot liegt in einem Vorort von Utrecht, ist aber mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen (fährt alle 15 min) und liegt sehr schön in der Natur. Wir waren zu viert und hatten viel Platz, konnten sowohl unter als auch auf Deck gut sitzen, das Badezimmer ist für ein Hausboot geradezu riesig, die Betten super, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der einzige Wehmutstropfen war für uns, dass wir in Nieuwegein kein vernünftiges Café oder Restaurant gefunden haben, aber schließlich wollten wir ja Utrecht erkunden, und dafür ist die Lage gut. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir wohl bald mal wieder hinfahren werden. Vielen Dank an Pauline und Raymond!

Unreal Airbnb! Perfect location. Super clean. The place had absolutely everything you needed. Andrew has been the best Airbnb host I have ever had. He goes above and beyond for his guests and is so helpful for anything.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Alkmaar! It is close enough to enjoy all that the city has to offer, yet it also provides a beautiful, peaceful escape from the business and crowds. Han and Kelly were great hosts, providing helpful recommendations and even rides from the train station and into Alkmaar. We also enjoyed hanging out with the dog, cat and chickens! We would definitely stay here again.

Kleines, schönes Apartment mit allem was man braucht und einem ganz netten und sehr hilfsbereiten Nachbarn. Sehr tolle Lage mit einer schönen kleinen Dachterrasse um dem Trubel zu entkommen :-) Man ist mitten im Herzen von Alkmaar und hat viele Restaurants, Cafés und Shops direkt vor der Tür - wir waren rundum happy.

We loved staying at Lottes. it is in a great position, you have the quiet of being in the country side but the ability to be in Amsterdam within 30 minutes. We loved the cosiness of the accommodation and its rustic looks. Having 4 hens in the hen house made us feel like home. The breakfast was ample and varied every day. Lotte was informative and helpful. I highly recommend this B and B.

Un deuxième séjour fantastique dans ce logement au coeur de Volendam, l'environnement est paisible et on s'y sent chez soi. La maison est à 2 pas du port et des transports publics et il y a tout le nécessaire pour rester plusieurs jours

Een weekje tot rust komen tussen het geschuifel van de vogels. Bij regen weer voldoende ruimte binnen en bij mooi weer een heel aangename tuin om te zitten. In de omgeving is vanalles te doen, winkels zijn dichtbij. Alles is aanwezig om zelf lekker te kokkerellen. Pizza bakken in de pizza oven was ook eens leuk om te doen. Zeker een aanrader. We voelden ons op ons gemak.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Wendela sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Das „Rosenhäuschen“ war genau das, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Es war unser „ Home away from home“. Und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

We hebben een lang weekend verbleven in deze prachtige accommodatie. Midden in het bos, in alle rust dus. Zwembad en speeltuin om de hoek, maar helaas te slecht weer om daarvan te genieten. Parkeerplek voor de deur en een prachtige privétuin (waar we eekhoorntjes gespot hebben!) met buitenmeubilair. Binnen in het huisje is het brandschoon en werkelijk alles is aanwezig: van een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een mooie douche tot een volle kast vol boeken, speelgoed, dvd's en een bedje en kinderstoel voor onze baby. Mooie inrichting vol details. Heerlijk tot rust komen in alle luxe; dat kan in de accommodatie van Berrie en Brenda. Dikke aanrader!

This was a real special find! The 3 days we spent in Zeewold were amazing. We had a group of 10 friends, and we had a great time at this unique mansion. Everything was ready for us, the house is fantastic, the surroundings are very unique, the place is comfortable, quiet, with lots of home feelings. We were able to cook inside, ride the boat, play in the garden. We were a bit apprehensible because we were organizing this for a large group, with people coming from many countries, and we had never been to Zeewold before. Yet, the hosts helped out with clear information and sending all the details we needed. Not related to the house itself, but the Asian restaurant nearby is amazing (very recommended) and the city is close by for dinner, online orders and shopping. Two things we heard from people in the group: "when we came back next year..." and "this house is already our house, let's reserve it now!" So, looks like we will be back next year! Thank you!

Wat een fijne plek waar je met een groep perfect kan genieten van de rust en de faciliteiten. Het ruime grasveld, basketbalveld, buitenplaats met bbq en haardvuur.. echt genieten. Binnen is ook top, prima qua ruimte en een fijne badkamer en douche. De gastvrouw en heer waren heel hartelijk en we voelden ons direct thuis. Absoluut een aanrader!

Heb erg genoten, chalet voelt erg fijn en ik kom graag terug.

Steven was absolutely amazing! The boat is lovely and well situated and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us out on our stay - he even brought us out on his tugboat for a test run! Could not recommend enough thank you so much for our stay 😊😊

Het huisje is op een kleinschalig groen park, waar je goed terecht kan met je hond. Sterker nog het was het Pinksterweekend en ik heb nog nooit zoveel honden gezien. Allemaal keurig aan de lijn en alleen maar vriendelijke honden. Met een paar minuten lopen zit je in het bos, waar - op sommige plekken - de hond ook van de lijn afmag. Er is ook een gemeenschappelijk zwembad waar je gebruik van kan maken. Het huisje is comfortabel, het bed ligt goed en ook op een fijn plekje waar je geen inkijk hebt. Communicatie met de gastvrouw, Jacq , is perfect. Ze reageert meteen op welke vraag dan ook. Dank voor de fijne dagen.
