Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hilo Bay

This unit is in a great location for restaurants, shopping and morning runs. The condo was equipped with everything we needed including chairs, towels and a cooler for beach day. The beds were super comfortable too. There is also a great view of Mauna Kea when the clouds aren't completely engulfing the summit. I would definitely recommend Jenny's property to friends & family.

Pavel and Irina were wonderful hosts — incredibly helpful and accommodating. The place is peaceful, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning views. Watching the sunrise was truly magical. Our daughter especially enjoyed walking around the farm, watching the cows and hens. We also picked fresh lychees.

Super clean, excellent and pristine furniture. The garden and the surrounding were fascinating. I was surprised to learn that we're allowed to use the barbecue grill and the bon fire but unfortunately had little time to use as there are a lot of things to do at the Big Island. Hopefully next time! Thanks for the beautiful stay!

Lovely place and very convenient location!

Truly an oasis! Dana and Gregory are wonderful hosts and Rivendell was one of our favorite Air BnB stays. The apartment was spotless and well-stocked, the bed was so comfortable, and the hot tub was very well-maintained and heated quickly. Now for the best part! The landscaped property and waterfall made for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. We wished we were staying longer. Mahalo for the perfect weekend stay! We will be back!

We had the best airbnb experience with Suzanne & Lester as our hosts. Not only did they share their abundance of fresh produce in their huge yard, they were super accommodating and welcoming to our needs. We never ran out of the basic needs at the home. It was a pleasure and privilege to stay here. If you want a peaceful, cozy, and worry-free stay, I’d recommend staying here.

I have to say that the listing itself was wonderful. It was in a good proximity to where I wanted to go on the coast such as Black Sand beaches/ lauhalaland. I wasn’t prepared for the vibe in the town being so hippie-ish and seeing so many homeless people. I loved the room because it had everything you needed for a short stay. I felt like my car was safe overnight. We had a couple other people tell us not to park at the beach, but we left all of our suitcases in our room, so it wasn’t that big a deal. And it was fine. I guess the rule of thumb in Hawaii is to never leave anything out in your car.

location was centrally located between Hilo and the National Park for the volcanoes. it was easy to navigate and very clean and it had everything we needed. thank you Daryl

Ron was able to accommodate for us during a last minute booking, and did so with very helpful instructions. He turned a stressful situation into a very pleasant experience. Place was nice and looked like pictures. Price was very fair and expected. Would recommend.

Great stay if you’re in town for the Hawaii Volcanoes National park. Super convenient to and from airport. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Betty’s house located in a peaceful neighborhood with an old Hawaii country feel. A perfect location & close to Hilo town. The house was clean & well stocked with everything we needed from coffee to laundry soap. The beds were comfy & the many ceiling fans cooled the rooms. The second shower & toilet under the house was a little quirky, but with 4 adults, much appreciated & even private. The short hike to the beach at the end of the road was an adventure you don’t want to miss. I would definitely stay here again!

Really fun place to stay. My kids caught lizards and frogs outside. The decor inside was very retro and pleasant. We ate out on the balcony every day. Thank you!

Our 10-day stay at Chow & Tom’s place was wonderful. We absolutely wish we could have stayed longer and hope to stay here again in the future. The place was just like the photos. The porch is amazing and has a range of seating types. There are screens for all doors leading outside. Most days there was enough wind to keep lurking mosquitoes at bay when outside. We only encountered a couple of mosquito bites during our stay - a win as I’m normally covered in bites when visiting Hawaii. The kitchen is well stocked and has most anything you need for cooking. We cooked everyday with ease. Chow & Tom were quick to respond when we had questions & offered suggestions for places to visits. Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. The wifi was good enough to support remote work (but recommend staying there to relax not work). If you’re looking for a place to unplug and decompress and to connect with a more local Hawaii, look no further.

I was there with my boyfriend for the week. The location was great! Within walking distance g distance to great restaurants and the best farmers market I’ve ever been to. The views are absolutely stunning. Watching the sunrise in the morning was so beautiful. We felt right at home. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much Carla and Joe! It was a little slice of heaven there.

Maggie was very responsive and helpful. She had great recommendations and was flexible when I needed to add a night to my trip. The room has a great location and the balcony was amazing. It was very clean the bed was comfy and the fan combined with the AC kept it very cool. The pool was really big and had fresh water which makes a big difference. Overall a great experience A+ Mahalo Maggie!

Linda is a wonderful host and has done excellent work in making this ground level studio unit clean and comfortable for guests. The condominium community is a little on the tired side, much like the town of Hilo, but it was lovely to come back after a day of jungle and volcano adventures to a clean shower and comfortable place to put our feet up. Also, the coffee that was left as a welcome gift was delicious! Thank you again Linda for your clear entry instruction and directions to the unit and very reasonable checkout / cleaning list. My daughter and I came for my son’s UH Hilo graduation and I invited her Dad to stay with us as well. The 3 of us really enjoyed Liza’s place. The kitchen is fantastic- really modern & extremely well equipped. We appreciated the large fridge with filtered water & ice in the door. 2nd bathroom was very handy when we were all getting ready. Location is only 5 min drive to downtown or less. I really can’t think of any negatives or items to be aware of - it was better than described, one of the best places we’ve stayed. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Garbage was easy to find. We didn’t use complex’s laundry either so I have no comment about that. I was surorised that we didn’t hear much from the other units. It’s a quiet building and everyone we passed was friendly. If you’re sleeping in the primary suite, be forewarned there is noise from the road below which gets loud at times. I messaged her twice with Qs and she replied super quickly. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb accommodations. This condo is the best. It it's perfect for one or two people it they aren't sharing beds. I love sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. I have been here multiple times and I am very comfortable here. Restaurants, market, and beaches are close and easy to access. I love staying here. Thank you!

Great place to stay!! Nice beach/park area right next door and close enough to town but far enough to be out of the bustle of town. Great decor and a very secure place for anyone!!
