Staying here was a fantastic experience. David and Marcello are amazing people who made me feel at home. I extended my stay multiple times and would highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone looking for a long-term stay. 5 stars all around, and I'm glad I met such amazing people.

Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

8-month rental. I needed a two-bedroom, furnished, dog-friendly apartment, and AVE met every need I was looking for. The apartment had two greatly sized bedrooms each with walk-in closets, dressers, TWO full bathrooms, an enormous kitchen (with island) that was outfitted with appliances (blender, pots, pans, kinves), pantry/laundry room, huge living room with a sectional sofa, dining area, storage nook near the entryway, and a balcony. Monthly housekeeping and parking were included in the rent, as well, which was such a welcome surprise! The staff was INCREDIBLE. The front desk attendants (Abdul and Snejana I saw mostly) are tremendously professional and helpful. I also spoke with Nicole often regarding my lease and planning. The location is excellent - a little busy, but safe and quiet. NJIT Union station is literally next door, a few restaurants across the street, and many green spaces nearby, making morning and evening walks with the pup perfect. Highly recommended.

Love this host! Will always stay here when I’m visiting NYC/NJ for work.
