Complimentary breakfast and coffee bar that includes a variety of options. There are views of our pond from the unit's entrance. Aside from our fenced, friendly backyard chickens and ducks, it's very common to see deer, groundhogs, bunnies, beavers, frogs, owls, hawks, and much more around the property!

The 2 unit Townhouse sits on 5.14 acres of land and was recently remodeled. One unit we rent-out; the second unit we live in with our family We are located: 20 minutes from Condord NH, 30 minutes from Manchester NH 40 minutes from Manchester airport and 10 minutes from New England college in Henniker NH. The nearby pond is 0.5 mile. away where you can canoe, kayak, and fish. The suite is located in the unit that we rent out through the Airbnb. It is newly constructed with a fresh decor.

Family friendly rustic style interior home tucked away on a private dead end road. Small private pond with only three houses with access. Stunning deck with waterview connected to master bedroom with cathedral ceiling and skylights. Small fire pit. Grill. Dual heat propane fire pit table. Dock, kayak, paddle boat, hammock. Mount Watatic five minutes away. Mount Monadnock 20 minutes away. Restaurants, grocery stores/shopping close by. Come to our to house and go back to yours totally relaxed.
