Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Since 2020/21 also with: New 85-inch TV, a great soundbar, new fireplace - and an 11Kw / h EV charging station. Vacation in the Vulkaneifel - a 12 minutes drive from the A1, no "through traffic" and super quiet. 10 minutes to reach Gerolstein and yet so central that there are plenty of hiking opportunities. A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Our former farm with a dream view is an idyllic Eifel village on the edge. The two detached wooden holiday houses can accommodate a total of 18 people. Our renovated apartment "Hekla" can accommodate 2-3 people. Apartment Hekla is part of the farm main house. The Heidberghof is right on the edge of the forest. There is no transit traffic. On the farm live next to us, a Dutch family, also Icelandic horses, dogs, cats and chickens.
