Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The house is located quite uniquely on the top overlooking Arresø and Roskilde fjord, as well as peaceful fields with grazing animals. 3 good bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable beds. On the loft, there is room for two people on mattresses. The lovely large living room and dining room are ideal for cozy evenings. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. 100 meters away is a small farm shop, and only 500 meters away is a private beach.

Within 100 meters: sandboxes, swings, a multi-court for basketball and soccer, floating platforms for sunbathing, playground and close to the forest.

Lejligheden er renoveret i 2024/2025. 1 stue, der også kan bruges som soveværelse, med et smukt isbjørneskind. 1 soveværelse. Nyt køkken og bad og en rummelig entre. Der er to cykler, som kan lånes. Vi er et par uden hjemmeboende børn. Vi har en sød hund, som måske vil komme og hilse på udendørs, hvis I griller i haven. Hunden kommer ikke i lejligheden. Der er fryser God til langtidsophold

Beautiful farmhouse with a comfortable indoor climate in a village only 10 minutes from Hillerød, 35 minutes to Copenhagen and 20 minutes to one of the North Coast's best beaches, Liseleje. Arresø, Strødam Enge and Æbelholt Forest are scenic areas nearby. There are 2 km to grocery store and charging stations. 200 m to public transport to Hillerød and Frederiksværk/Hundested. Micro-bakery, pizzeria and kiosk/package shop in town. Possibility of long-term rental.
