This time of the year is our wedding anniversary, we always stay in Kororāreka (Russell) its part of our story. We would always stay in the village mainly at the Duke however this year we changed it up and we did not regret it. It was a different perspective and gave us so much more independence and privacy. The view 10/10 and all amenities were well thought out, loved the open bath tub on the deck. Appreciated being told about the availability to check in early as well. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at Tania's place. The rural location was easy to find and a quick 10-12 minute trip into the centre of Whangarei where our conference was being held. Everything was clean, lovely linen, comfy beds and when we needed an extra something that wasn't there, Tania quickly delivered it to us with a friendly smile. When we come back to Whangarei we'll definitely book again, thanks so much Tania 🤩

Communication with Paul was smooth and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. we loved exploring the area around the accommodation and the beaches and walks nearby. This is a very special part of NZ. Rarely do you see such well equipped accommodation, so many extras.
