Chandima was the best hostess. She was friendly, helpful and we did not lack anything while we were there. We felt right at home and would definitely choose her place again when visiting Sri Lanka again!

We had a very confortable stay here. The location was lovely and had a really nice view. The hosts were very freindly and supportive. Definitly would come back here again and would highly recomanded it to anyone!

The host is very responsive and respectful. If there was any issue, immediate fix was completed. The location is very close to the beach, but the place is quite noisy because of the railway road, barking dogs around. But this problem is actually for all places which are close to the beach, as the railway is just alongside. If you are noise sensitive, better to go deeper into the island. We were staying around a month working, the internet is more or less ok, but if you have calls, sometimes disruptions may occur. The kitchen amenities are minimal:cooker, fridge, kettle. But we didn’t cook much, so for us that was fine. Washing machine is available on request. There are 2 bathrooms for each room which is also convenient, however water heater was available in 1 of them. Generally water heater is not a super necessity, as usually the water is heated with sun and its temperature is fine. Overall we liked the place, the host respects your space and is always ready to assist.

Had a great stay here with my family. All the amenities felt brand new. It had a well-stocked kitchen, the place was neat and clean, and the host was very responsive. Any questions we had were answered quickly. And also have are enjoy the kids plying area is here in the apartment. It was very convenient because there is a keels super center very near to place, so with young children we were able to cook breakfast and then head out for the day! The apartment is also a good size and didn't feel crowded. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here!

I’ve been traveling around the world for the past year, staying in various countries and places, and I can confidently say this is where I received the best hospitality. Nipuna, the owner, was always ready to help with anything I needed. The house is very spacious, with a beautiful garden where monkeys occasionally show up. It has two bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a washing machine. Plus, it’s just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Highly recommended!

Pavi, Bathi and their family and friends are the loveliest of people, always ready to help or offer advice when needed. Our apartment was situated on the 2nd floor and was lovely, bedroom and bathroom bare very large as is the kitchen diner, if there was anything you needed Pavi got it sorted asap, the grounds are immaculate and have a plethora of wildlife wandering the grounds, the use of the swimming pool was a great addition. Polhena itself is situated in a great spot for travelling out from and has a wonderful little beach(it does get busy at weekends). Shops are in walking distance as is the main town of Matara or a short fun tuk tuk ride. Colombo and other places are easily accessible via buses or train, both a fun way to travel. We will be back.

I had an amazing stay at Crystal Villa Weligama, a perfect retreat for relaxation and productivity. The villa features 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The cozy living room and dining area are perfect for unwinding and enjoying meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and with fiber optic internet, it’s great for digital nomads. Located in a calm and quiet area, the villa offers a large garden for relaxation. Just 800 meters from the beach and town, it’s a short 5-10 minute walk to enjoy the sun and surf. The neighborhood is safe and secure, ideal for families. The host, Ruwan, is incredibly helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Crystal Villa Weligama is one of the best places to stay in the area, offering comfort, convenience, and tranquility. I highly recommend it for both work and leisure.

It was such a Nice Place to live! 5 min to Mirissa Beach But still a quiet Place.

Villa Jungle Paradise is fantastic , so is Sudath and his wife. Very helpful with everything. Edith was very with the foot massages to recover her ankle after her fall. The place is situated in the jungle with a nice swimming pool, clean, quiet, birds whistle, high in the trees monkeys now and then. Only 800 meters walking to the beach. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit. And also near two of our favorite restaurants : Jungle restaurant and Wijaya beach restaurant.

After 3 times visiting this home stay the experience becomes better each time. Chani and Nimal gives you a genuine feeling of being cared for. Very flexible, charming and kind couple. There are possibilities for sightseeing with Nimal and Chani easily arrange cooking classes and her dishes are top class. We are for sure coming back!!

We were a family with two children and a medium-sized dog. There is a place to park the car under the roof, the street on which the house stands is wide and clear. This is essentially the second floor of the house with its own entrance and staircase. The second floor has a place to sit outside and enjoy the view. There is also a balcony and air conditioning in one of the two rooms. The second room has a floor fan and the living room has a ceiling fan. There is a ~43' TV in the living room with a comfortable sofa. The inside is spacious and cozy. The kitchen can be said to be on the balcony area, one burner, a small refrigerator and a good washing machine. The host kindly provided an extra table in one room, a drying rack for clothes. The host was always willing to help. We are happy with our 16 day stay in this nice place

Really nice hosts. If you want a totally quiet neighbourhood, it is highly recommended. Very spacious place with a beautiful garden.

Wowww. Where do I even begin?! We were stunned by how much more beautiful this place was in person. It exceeded all our expectations!! The location can’t be beat. Corner unit, two floors, multiple balconies & floor-to-ceiling windows/doors to catch the beach & gorgeous sunset views from any angle! The bedrooms with attached bathrooms, common areas & divine master suite are so spacious and luxurious! I have to give *high praise* for how well maintained this unit is by Dodampe, his lovely caretaker Upul, and the cleaning staff. The place was sparkling clean - kitchen, curtains, sofas & other furniture/fixtures seemed almost brand new! Incredibly high standards for cleanliness, presentation & keeping unit in excellent working order with no issues. Our family of seniors, young adults, and children had lots of privacy for ourselves as well as generous common areas to spend together. Many thanks to Upul for his warmth, responsiveness, all his help & advice. He even brought a welcome gift!

The accommodation is beautiful and right on the sea. If you don't want to eat in the restaurant in the building complex, you always need a taxi to the nearest restaurant. Special requests were always taken into account and fulfilled. Furthermore, we were helped a lot in organizing the transfer to the airport.

Everything was perfect! All 10 days we felt like home. Cozy apartment with absolutely everything you need for your stay. We haven't experienced such good-natured and caring owners before. Prisal, Niwarthana thank you very much! We will definitely come back!

Great apartment, had all the basic necessities! The host and family were so incredibly helpful! Gave us a number for a great tuck tuck driver, warned us about the rambunctious monkeys that like to stop by, tried to keep us up to date on the power outages and more. It’s a lovely little jungle villa, with that being said, jungle = lots of bugs, there’s no way around it. Just don’t leave any open food out and that will help lessen the bug situation. Also, mirissa beach (great spot for restaurants and beach days) is a bit too far to walk, so I’d recommend getting a scooter or a bike and the host has a person for that too!! All around, would stay again if we come back to Sri Lanka! Host and family were so so so helpful and friendly!

We had a wonderful stay in Serenity Villa! The grounds are stunning and well-maintained, and the whole place felt very peaceful. The house was clean with all necessary amenities, and the AC works well. There is also a lovely little cat who lives on the grounds and is very friendly! Sarath (the caretaker) was so welcoming and made us feel very at home. Veronika was a quick responder to messages and very flexible with timings for us. Overall, would highly recommend this place to anyone!

From the moment I booked, communication was smooth, and Shahen provided all the details I needed for my stay. The property is perfectly located with easy access to main city Galle. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking sea view right from the window.Waking up to the sound of the waves and the view of the ocean made the stay truly special. The apartment was exactly as described and even better in person. It was clean, cozy, spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But the real gem was the view — it was so serene and picturesque, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The place was fully equipped with everything I needed, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning etc. The sea view from the balcony was absolutely unforgettable. I spent hours just gazing out at the water. it was a pure bliss!!
